    @Optus Are there works/known issues in Tempe/St Peters (2044)? Just moved in and downloads are fluctuated between <1Mbps and ~20Mbps. WFH isn't viable, ETA on fixing the ~50Mbps plan I'm paying for?

    @Optus’s financial hardship line cannot be reached by Optus customers if their phone has been disconnected… get through on another phone to find out that “oh, your particular service cannot apply for financial hardship”… wtf?!
