@Optus Are there works/known issues in Tempe/St Peters (2044)? Just moved in and downloads are fluctuated between <1Mbps and ~20Mbps. WFH isn't viable, ETA on fixing the ~50Mbps plan I'm paying for?

@Optus’s financial hardship line cannot be reached by Optus customers if their phone has been disconnected… get through on another phone to find out that “oh, your particular service cannot apply for financial hardship”… wtf?!

Internets been off for 24 hours …ring Optus they say someone come they didn’t …they say someone will come tomorrow …internets now come back again …what’s the bet they cancel just cause it’s back 🤬🤬
