@FedorovMykhailo @Viber @PayPal I am an artist and this is the only way for me to earn income, as PayPal is the main platform for this. So, by closing the service, you will not do anything to the state. Ordinary people will begin to work out of desperation anywhere, and maybe even serve in the army.

@antsom86 @yuriy_glushakov @Viber As for this moment - yes. During the day I also had no problems. After your tweet, I tried again. There was a delay, but still managed. She may want to try using VPN on mobile, cause my delay disappeared after I turned on and of the VPN. Might be just coincidence
