    @TwitterSupport Just by mistake hit where any reports from you of accounts I've reported will not be sent to me. It was an error but I cannot undo it. Can you fix this please? Also, if someone violates Twitter rules why is their account still functioning when checking?

    @topsportfan @TwitterSupport @virginmedia Can't speak for Virgin but the fix for Sky Broadband is to go to your Sky account online and switch off Sky Broadband Shield which apparently got reset to "high" during an update this morning

    @TwitterSupport Hi, I keep receiving this message before watching any video or gif on the Twitter app. It happens when I’m connected to any Wifi network or using my mobile data. I have tried reinstalling the the app and restarting my phone - but this hasn’t fixed the problem.
