@TwitchSupport My account was hacked and suspended for actions I didn’t do. Please check the login history and access location, as it does not match my usual activity. Please review my case and help me recover my account.

@TwitchSupport Does it take an act of God to get help from support, I sent a couple of emails for over a month to absolutely no response. Can someone please provide some help?

@TwitchSupport Yes everyone getting this stuff is not a bad thing necessarily, the issue is affiliate beforehand was something you worked hard for and to have all those perks just handed to everyone anyways without compensation is just a huge middle finger to all those who grinded for it.

@ToastFPS @Crisendo @TwitchSupport "Any 1000 viewer stream is usually going to be higher quality than any 2 viewer stream." But if a stream is botted to look like it has 1000 viewers instead of 2, then that magically makes it a higher quality stream? No it doesn't, so that logic fails.

@Twitch @TwitchSupport My Whole VOD is gone. I have save past broadcast turned on so I can go in and view my streams before I publish them. My most recent stream I was playing Vrchat hanging out with a friend in a private world but my VOD is just GONE. I had content that I needed to pull from this VOD but now I cant. Why is my VOD just gone? If you can recover it please help a small creator out...

@Yigdrachon202 @OldManDant @TwitchSupport Just ignore the troll. They are wanting to make what I say to me being a problem. Always supports non-affiliates having emotes, sub badges, and channel points to make their stream more interactive and to help them get to affiliate. They are reading it as I don't support helping non-affiliates when people can easily do the research and see how I am quick to help people that are trying to become affiliate. They also are assuming that non-affiliates get payouts when they don't. The money they are getting stays on Twitch and if you do not use their system to use that money to buy subs or bits in two years after getting it and don't become affiliate, guess what, the non-affiliate starts losing them money. That's the problem I see. What's even more funny is it is the partners that are trolling because good, let Twitch make it where affiliates get everything partner has minus the pay cut that partner gets and they be on her complaining and saying "What's the point of being partner?"

Hey @TwitchSupport @djclancy999 I hate to be that person, but it seems very obvious that this issue is being ignored. Maybe because it's only happening to a few smaller creators so "they don't matter as much", maybe it's because we're not loud enough, maybe it's because y'all are already working on a fix and just haven't said anything about it yet, I don't know, but I'm betting my *** that it's not because you care about smaller creators Multiple of us had our accounts broken into without warning, without notification, and without 2FA ever being triggered. Our banking info was changed and our money was taken. I don't know about the outcome of the others this has affected, but I've tried to contact the bank and have not received a response yet. I am lucky to not currently have any more bills to pay this month, but others are not so lucky. This is our jobs. Our paychecks have been ripped away and we've been told "Damn that sucks, but we sent the money to *your* listed bank so that's not our fault" when this is very much partly your fault. Having us use to 2FA to "safeguard" our account while both A. Not having something as simple as a quick "hey was this you" email when someones payment info is changed and B. someone SOMEHOW bypassed your 2FA system entirely to steal money from your creators. That is a terrifying thing and a genuinely ****** up thing If nothing, you need to acknowledge where you ****** up and that the issue needs to be found and fixed. I get it may not be easy, but leaving people in the dark about an insanely big security issue is WILD.

@TwitchSupport Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my account because someone has stolen my Twitch account. They've changed the email address to a Gmail address ending in .uk. I'm Spanish. My account is linked to my mobile phone, but I can't verify my account because the hacker changed my email. What can I do in this situation?
