It should be noted that the Telegram case was decided in the same district court that’s deciding the @Ripple / #XRP case - the SDNY. In the Telegram case, the @SECGov sought and won a preliminary injunction against Telegram - shutting down the entire operation.

@thehippoinvader I had problems with Kukai Wallet and I wrote in support of the Telegram channel. There I was caught by a scammer with the nickname of the administrator. I'm sleepy and therefore did not suspect anything suspicious in the request to enter the phrase on a third-party site.

@hollandcourtney @GETTRofficial The problem with GETTR and Parler and Telegram and all of those “alternate” sites is they are all people we basically agree with so it’s one loud echo chamber. I prefer hearing from all sources.
