@MetaMaskSupport Also there are 2 fake "official Metamask" groups on Telegram with tens of thousands of users asking for help and getting scammed every day. Usually using the "visit this website to sync your wallet" method.

I feel like my earlier tweet has inadvertently highlighted how I don't reach out as much as I should on Telegram. One dumb reason is that my account is broken, and if I don't talk to someone for a month or so, then I can't message them, and so I'm all awkward like "guess I won't"

@AnastasiyaHavr4 @telegram You need your phone number to login. If you have lost it, I'd suggest you to contact your service provider asking them for reissuing that number back to you so that you can login normally.

Telegram should have a sign in with google/email login option. If they're not going to enable it on telegram itself, then telegram should create a clone of telegram that's called something else and is separate from the telegram network that *does* have "continue with google".

Telegram should have a sign in with google or email login option. If they're not going to enable it on telegram itself, then they should create a service with all features of telegram but make it separate from the telegram network so that way it won't affect telegram.
