  @DoubleCross3 they shut down several I was in and banned a lot of people from discord. depends on what kind of community you want.. but a chat platform's not good for individual feeds. telegram at least has channels and comment options like twitter accounts.

  @ShivamVahia Probably cause everyone is letting out all the built up/vent up hate for WhatsApp. I honestly do not like Tele, since it promotes piracy amongst other stuff, tried to get my friends to get into Signal but sigh... People will realise the issues that lay within Telegram, soon..

  @renzopachecoj @vladsavov Telegram is cloud based product....which means uses their own cloud service to store chats and that has its own encryption friend ...but if you want your chats not to store even in telegram servers you can go for secret chat option

  @telegram what happens? I cannot log in from any device: nor android, neither desktop/web. Right after I'm entering the SMS code, the service logged out immediately. What's going on?

  @apsster I know both. BTW I find newer Telegram better than Viber 8n terms of voice quality n connectivity. Only problem is most people prefer Viber.

  WhatsApp will share it's users personal information including phone numbers,IP addresses,contacts and more with Facebook from February 8 according to the the new T&C's. No opt-out.The only way to object is to leave the service and move to a service like signal and telegram.

  The main problem with Telegram is that after few months of inactivity you will lose all data, all chats and contacts, all channels you are using. It happened once to me after some busy months.

  @gmantri @signalapp @telegram I respect individual privacy, but I see this differently. #Google knows almost everything through Android, Chrome, Search, Photos, DoubleClick and more. Similarly, #Facebook knows about us through FB. So what's the problem with this? Individual #WhatsApp messages are encrypted!
