@telegram Is there some sort of outage in the oceanea region? i'm down in australia and for whatever reason the app has completely borked itself. It's been a bit iffy for a few days now but it still worked. Now though the app doesn't even load my chats.

Update: I got a preparid sim card just so I can have telegram over the next few days (over which time I hope I get access to my original one). I'm accessing it just fine on all my devices, on both wifi services we have. I conclude that it's my account that's the issue.
