@Farishtay4 Telegram, if you intend it for group chat. A) You can read msgs prior to your joining time. B) Unlimited no. of users for any group. Familiarity is an issue though. But with all the crap in zuker bucker’s mind, we should look for an alternative.

@shucookies My family uses LINE so it's not a problem for me. It's more like people in thr UK are used to using whatsapp, so I'm waiting to see what they'd switch to before deciding. I have Telegram already, so I prefer that to downloading another app

@whoisgraham @telegram @signalapp Been on Telegram for years. It's such a better experience than WA. The only problem, as you've pointed out, is trying to get people to move over.

@telegram Hi! When I record an audio message, it's recorded like in slow-mo and when it's a video the audio of it it's broken. I am using an iPhone XS, 14.3 and already restarted the iPhone and reinstalled Telegram, the problem persist. Is there a solution for this bug? Thank u

@Delphine_DG Your problem - plenty went to Signal and more to Telegram. Now you need to run 3 apps to keep up with everybody. Let’s see whichbof these are more active at the end of March. I suspect it will ne terribly difficult to leave WhatsApp

So Google, Apple and Amazon shut Parler down. I believe telegram is also being targeted. What does that tell you people? They refuse to tolerate competition. Fbook, Twit and what's app have become to powerful. What's their gain?? It's far from innocent. Control!!

@_jonnywright_ @telegram I've got no issue with it. I only looked into it a couple of years ago, at which point I slightly preferred the encryption strategy of signal, but it may well be different now.

There is no privacy anywhere on the internet. Whether you're using WhatsApp or signal or Telegram. The privacy protection service you're using has access to your privacy. Even Thor Browser (the gateway to the "Dark Web") is funded by the US government. He who pays the Piper eh?

Remember if you're not paying for the service... YOU are the product. You do have a choice on you want to use Signal or Telegram or WhatsApp. But all this sudden discovery that Signal / Telegram is better and safer than WhatsApp is just hilarious.
