    @flatspritehits @QNDZYcom @Steam Thats because steam doesnt own the game either, once a game is unavailable or shut down steam can only issue you a refund out of their pocket, they cant charge the developer. The main reason is not because they want to keep you money, but because bots buy shut down games to scam

    @CombateMonero I Support already refused, giving a generic corporate response with information that doesn't relate to the problem. Now I've written to the support that handles festivals directly and I'm waiting for a response. Unfortunately, @Steam rarely cares about developers' problems.

    Does anyone work for steam? I'll take the guy who takes out the trash...I just want a human from steam to tell me no im SOL. That my problem doesn't need anymore looking into and the automated system is right. @Steam

    Fix your game please add elo rollback for cheater games. The amount of cheaters is disgusting and your killing your game by allowing this to happen. Just played against two blatant hackers and lost -450 cause of it. @valvesoftware @Steam @CounterStrike

    I have a refund issue and i keep getting rejected. I am playing marvel tokon on pc and when i initially get fighting games i spend time in training first before exploring other modes. Im am over the 2 hours but the game crash when i play 2 other modes. I need a refund @Steam

    @notskillo @stan_banatan @Steam Honestly, I don't have anything against such reviews, which I do get and always try to fix technical issues to the best of my understanding and abilities. I fully welcome those. Its the other kind of reviews I gotta realize that are part of the "game" and not worry much about.
