@SpotifyCares Is Spotify working? I just got 5 songs into a playlist creation, and it vanished, and put an error message on the screen "something went wrong try reloading the page." Then nothing. Now it won't let me create a new playlist at all.

@SpotifyCares I am having some issues with Spotify on my laptop. When I try to make a playlist I have trouble dragging tracks upwards further than the tracks I can see on my screen - the playlist refuses to 'scroll' up when I try to move a song. +

Thank you to @SpotifyCares team or person. Brilliant response. Sorted the problem out so swiftly. The people who hijacked my account were swiftly locked out and account restored. I wouldn't mind but the music they placed on loop was not good lol
