Mike (@zoobz) reported@SpotifyCares i am noticing sound gaps while listening to music streaming in the car or also on alexa. is this a known issue? it seems to just sound like it's cutting out? i would have thought it might be a bluetooth issue but alexa is being done through the device.

Miss Magda (@magda_zabinska) reported@SpotifyCares since last app update, podcasts keep starting over after pause. iPhone 13 Pro V 15.4.1. App V 8.7.20. It’s broken!!
-
I Am The One Who Knocks (@NerdxFerguson) reportedOnly one week left before I leave @Spotify for @Tidal. Everyone at @SpotifyCares has been amazing but I just can't dedicate more of my time to bringing it to the company's attention there's issues with the software and algorithm, that's what I do for a living. Can't wait.
-
Mark Campbell (@MarkCam73045972) reported@SpotifyCares Already done that. No updates from Spotify in regards to the issue. we are paying for a premium service and not receiving it. Not good enough 😡
-
#ChoosePeace (@MrVentFactory_) reportedHi there @SpotifyCares. Why does the sound randomly stop playing in intervals on the Samsung TV? 😔 No other app does this so I know it's not the TV that's the problem. I don't wanna to move other streaming services please 😔
-
sophia (@sophmariejones) reported@SpotifyCares Spotify app is connected to my speaker and I can play songs with no problem (all devices up to date/restarted etc) - this is a specific issue with playing podcasts.
-
wear a mask pls (@djvoxelmusic) reported@SpotifyCares the "Add to queue" button is gone on Windows 10 desktop app. Tried a clean reinstall and issue persists. I believe this is a problem with the most recent update. I can still see and edit my queue on my Android device.
-
Της Παρασκευής το γάλα (@GalaParaskevis) reported@SpotifyCares That didn't fix the problem. :(
-
Ethan (@tbgeb_) reported@magda_zabinska @SpotifyCares I am having the same problem and I’ve tried all of those steps. It appears to only be a problem with video podcasts. I am running iPhone 12 Pro V 15.4.1. App V 8.7.20.
-
Pseneca (@IkeyXVII) reported@SpotifyCares just did, did not help. this issue is universal across all devices. accounts of my friends and my other devices cannot see a handful of “public” playlists that i have, despite the fact that theyre public. What is going on here lol!!!
-
Shannon Nicole (@BarnetBlondie92) reported@SpotifyCares iPhone 8, iOS 14.8.1, Spotify version 8.7.18. I know my phone isn’t exactly new, but these problems only started up the last couple weeks and my phone was old before then and it didn’t seem to be a problem.
-
Lizzie Jones (@foxyladytravels) reported@SpotifyCares I was logged out of my account and can’t login again. Same thing that happened a couple weeks ago in March. What’s going on?
-
XataxataX (@XataxataX) reported@SpotifyCares Rebooted the devices, checked and chosen uncontested 5Ghz wifi channel, removed and added the devices to our account and network, replaced network equipment, ensured latest versions. Issue occurs only on the Spotify skull using the Echo. Other audio streams work on the Echo.
-
sophia (@sophmariejones) reported@SpotifyCares Why am I STILL unable to play any podcast through my speakers? It's not an issue with amazon or google speakers, it's a bug with your system that many are aware of. Playing music works great, but I would like to be able to listen to podcasts elsewhere than my phone.
-
jakeys (@Snow75844878) reportedHi @Spotify @SpotifyCares - there is a completely unrelated song on @ENHYPEN’s Spotify called “Woke up” that pops up as their “latest release” but is NOT THEIRS!! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP
