    @SpotifyStatus This is a bullshit link, it just takes you to articles and it requires you to log in to message them EVEN TJOUGH LOGGING IN IS THE PROBLEM. These ****** ***** know they are unable to help and are pretending like these links will resolve the problem

    @SpotifyCares If this was your problem try opening the reset password link in a private/incognito window. It worked when I did that, and my account has all its playlists etc.

    @SpotifyCares Not my account saying I’m not a premium customer and deleting ALL of my playlists and likes… I really hope you can fix this issue because if not I am switching services.
