    @ThaBiGGDoGG @Spotify They've actually done this many times. Every 6 months for the last 2 years they've removed any known fake playlists. Problem is that accounts are free and it's super easy for them to just make a new playlist and bot the followers.

    @SunnyLaurent_ it looks like spotify's playlisting ways have failed (it was inevitable)... we should have more ways to get heard on that service than just playlisting

    @sw3etnesstommo my spotify is broken so it doesn't play in order so I just hit shuffle but babylons on now 😌

    @SunnyLaurent_ That's not the point we were making but yes I agree. Major Labels are just as much to blame here and it sucks that spotify aren't removing those artists too. I'm asking for somebody that got taken down that DIDN'T use paid bot promo.

    @skaschep Spotify is also working on fixing their podcast function more and more, the addition to add music to programs was introduced pretty recently and has already been patched several times for issues. I doubt any non-official releases allocate financial compensation correctly 👍🏻

    @skaschep Recently they had a big issue with people posting remixes as podcasts in order to get them on Spotify, which they’ve mostly fixed now after only a few weeks. I get that people want the convenience of things in one place but it should be legal and thus also fairly compensated
