    @SpotifyCares Hey team - couldn’t access online content. Re-downloaded app. Now can’t log in. Continues to say error. Tried to set up a new account. Another error. Have to use @AppleMusic 😢

    @SpotifyCares My songs are all greyed out and will not play on mobile data (all my other apps work fine and so does internet searching). Once connected to wifi they become normal again, but I would like to fix this issue so I can continue to use spotify out of home

    @SpotifyCares Sorry, I cannot log in with my email and password? That’s the problem? I have tried a different device and it worked fine. I am not able to try wifi until 10pm. It has been happening since around 1pm today

    @SpotifyStatus @SpotifyCares Hi my Spotify is down, from 2 days ago was showing "no internet connection". I restarted and even deleting and reinstalling the app and now it won’t let me log in, I tried login with Facebook, email, sending a link and nothing works. Thanks in advance

    @caarlamoontoya Hello @Spotify @SpotifyCares SUGA, j-hope, RM and every composer of "My Universe" by Coldplay X BTS are wrongly tagged on a piano version of the song from August Benedict, you linked the song to their profiles and it doesn’t belong to them. Please, remove it and fix this issue.
