@SpotifyCares hey, everytime I hit play it gets to about 9 seconds and jt pauses. Even if the song is downloaded to play offline, I’m connected to internet and not 4G and it’s still happening, closed it down re opened and same issue - any suggestions please?

@SpotifyCares It's lagging really badly even on stuff i have downloaded, and will close down/stop working frequently. I share an account and the other person on it had the same issue a while ago. It was apparently something that had to be fixed on your end.

@SpotifyCares I’m getting piano music or Spanish music that I have no idea what they’re saying… I know in my boy’s sleep playlist there’s slower music bits never been an issue before… now it’s mostly stuff I never listen to or intend to listen too… frustrating

@SpotifyCares These pauses usually happen when i use my samsung A20s phone even though there's wifi, i even use spotify premium. It will he paused after a few songs. My friend have the same issue but the pauses happen after a few seconds the song starts when she uses her samsung phone
