@SpotifyCares the new home page is atrocious. Your app reviews show that too. Can't believe you completely ruined your own platform with whatever garbage this new homes screen is. That's why I loved Spotify was the homescreen. Now it's just terrible.

@SpotifyCares @Spotify So my songs are randomly pausing on my pc as well as ipad and like checked if there is anything wrong from my side I cleared cache and reinstall Spotify I switched from wired headphones to bluetooth ones still the same problem Also signed out of everywhere

@SpotifyCares Hey, the android app has once again decided to change my storage location for downloaded music from my SD card to internal. I'm getting real tired of it doing that because it messes with my storage and slows my phone down. I'm just going to uninstall for now.

@SpotifyCares Thanks, I just got the account enabled. The only "Contact Us" portal that isn't user login walled is the "Can't reset password" option. Very frustrating in trying all the different "contact" portals to find a way to contact.

@SpotifyCares Why the heck am I getting so many ads when I pay for ad free service? Why should I even pay then? Been a paying customer for many years, do not appreciate so many ads getting forced in-between my podcasts. Some tricky stuff. Will not be continuing service.
