    Why am I paying for Spotify when I go my playlist offline and 95% if songs not playable. Wtf @SpotifyCares seen a few ppl have this problem. Maybe I might join the #Spotifydeleted lot too, save me a bob or two paying premium for what. Also pay artists more ffs. Thx

    @SpotifyCares I received an email to say my plan is paused as u were unable to take payment. My payment details haven’t changed since previous payment & I saw someone else has the same issue. Is this an error on your side? Have we been hacked? Hesitant to put my bank details in!

    @SpotifyCares Hey, I can’t play my downloaded songs even while on Wi-Fi, any other song or podcast can be played but as soon as one of my downloads plays it stops. I have more than 50 GB of free space in my phone and I already sign in & out as suggested in the troubleshooting. What’s next?

    @SpotifyCares Can we please get a "PLAY NEXT" button for mobile? Can we also get the ability to grab the scroll bar in "LIKED SONGS" so I can quickly scroll down my list of over 1,000 songs? @Spotify is constantly making the MOBILE APP WORSE!!!!

    @SpotifyCares Pls bring back the shuffle button for customers own compilation albums. We're the the customers who pay for the service NOT Adele!😤 your customers should have been given a choice as to whether or not they wanted the shuffle button. Do loyal customers really matter?
