They directed me to a page which showed that they had not followed the correct procedure, but still refuse to accept it's their fault, and want us to fix their administrative error ourselves.

I can listen freely to my playlists in my phone, but in my pc it doesn't allow me to reproduce any songs, or anything at all. Do youy know what is going on and/or what can I do?!😰

Morgan Marshall 🌐🧑💻🪐 (@imorganmarshall) reported@SpotifyCares It may have something to do with car mode, which I've disabled it in the app settings but I still see car mode coming up often. The issue is the player goes away and I have no way to control the app anymore, I can't play/pause or change tracks.
