    Been going down a rabbit hole. Anyone know (from experience, not the lies published online) how to cancel your @Skype account and stop them charging you without them threatening to cancel your @Microsoft account? Such a scam and it's almost impossible.

    @equity_avenger My mom had the same exact person call us 17 times today from different numbers. They use @Skype and some illegal program to hijack other people's phone numbers. The FBI or whoever need to crack down on Skype.

    @Skype I paid for a Microsoft teams service so I could keep my Skype number, but then wasn't able to use it because I am not a business owner. I've been charged for 5 months and Microsoft has now refused my request for a refund. Is this really how Microsoft treats its users?
