@dawid22 and at least you can skype, whatsapp call etc. When my wife left for UAE in 2016 I had to stay behind a few months and we did not know that they block those there... it was terrible.

@joseeramirez Hello Jose, we currently don't have a way to send access codes via email. If a traditional phone call isn't possible you can also try to call us using the internet. Simply choose a VoIP service provider such as Skype, Google Hang outs, Viber, etc. then dial 1-800-956-4442. -Lacie

@amandaborrill Screens are almost too hard for my dad too. I think I've found he has more trouble answering Skype than Facetime because the user-interface is just slightly too complicated. Unfortunately I don't have Facetime but at least my step mother does.

@dabitch Skype for business is still beyond beyond terrible awful. Even if i download their pos widget on my computer it doesnt work. It hasnt changed in 5 years.

@alanswan Skype can be very fiddly. People often seem to have trouble locating other people on it -- Zoom is just an all-round better platform.

@SkypeSupport hi, if I start a free conf call Is there a way to terminate the call so no one else can join into it going forward? eg/. teacher sends help desk link out in the morning but then wants to end it (or stop people joining) at the end of sch day? Thanks.

- Ask suppliers for customer references Like the CV/Résumé you made for a job in your past life. You put down references for the employers to call to verify you. Ask for references of their current customers with proof of purchases, phone number/Skype/email to contact them.

@SkypeSupport I cannot ever call or be called with my iphone se (1st gen) to/from any skype contact (skype to Skype). Call ends immediatly before answer and it says Error. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times. No use through the FAQ. Human official assistance anywhere?

@dabitch Skype in any form is dire. Zoom is decent. Also, the sound quality on zoom is way ahead of any competitor (teams sound is terrible for instance). Zoom is like the Ronseal of the video calling world.
