@Dezorak @Himom80 @JagexSupport Everything was reset so if you didn't login shortly after 2013 I'm sure someone else took it unless its super unique. You can look it up in the hiscores to see if someone is playing under that rsn. Or you can reply to me with the rsn and I'll do it for you.

@JagexSupport Hi, I was hacked and lost my account. I was able to change the password but I'm not receiving the authenticator removal email. It's impossible for me to remove it. Can you manually check if there's a problem?
