@JagexSupport Today's update caused driver issues for me, is that something you are going to look into? The game loads fine on updated driver but not on an older version that i have to use to prevent game from crashing randomly.

Hello @JagexSupport I would like to ask your attention to an issue: my boyfriend's account just got PERMANENTLY banned today at October 18th in OSRS. His account name is Stuupid Kid. The ban cause, according to Jagex, is due to macroing/botting. +

@JagexSupport Ya i read that when i clicked on "Resolve this issue" so i waited, today while at work i decided to try it again and it let me make a new account so im good on that front but when i got home i clicked "New User" an "Access Denied"
