@JagexSupport My account isn't locked. Someone some how was able to login using my exact credentials and somehow bypassing authenticator. I know how to keep my accounts safe. Had it since 03. I have the account and changed password. Resetting pin ect. This account needs monitoring message me.

@Dar271094 @SNESGamer1 @JagexSupport Write a complain to kelvtoolz on Instagram about your 2fa problem because my own sister also playing with me got that issue on her account and she can't access her account, it was that dude on Instagram that helped us to deactivate it, he can also reset it you want.

@JagexSupport Hey guys, thanks for the swift response! I hate to be annoying but I have followed this tooth and nail twice now, still running into the same issue. It’s almost like no matter what I change or resecure the perpetrator had access still. Is it possible to lock my acc to my reg IP?

@SquidWORDier @JagexSupport Sadly, bans are unappealable here Especially permanent ones However I'd suggest you reach out to #clifftech1 on Instagram I'm pretty sure they can help remove the ban and unlock your account cos they helped me fix something similar recently
