@JagexSupport I can login to my main, but need help logging into my ironman a box pops up after attempting to login that says "error loading your profile. please contact customer support." is it possible to have someone dm me that can help or shed some light on this?

@JagexSupport After 6 hours of not being able to log in, and being aware of the server problems, I am now gettin a log in message "Error loading your profile: Please contact customer support." If you ruin my account Jagex I quit.

@RS_DocJoe @HazletonKen @RuneScape Dead clicks, overtime latency build ups. these are all issues that they mark as 'not a priority'. while they have a huge impact on the players. instead their focus lies on issues with their MTX system & pushing updates that further break the game because they dont get tested.

@JagexSupport I bought Membership on steam for Old School Runescape, but it didn't activate. Is there any way to fix this? Or does it take a while to kick in? I bought it while the servers were down.

@OldSchoolRS No problem I was able to fully download elder scrolls online so I’ll be on that , good luck jagex , fix this . I’ve never seen any multimillion dollar company have such terrible servers , should have backups for the backups . Nonstop service . Get connected.
