@JagexSupport Yeah this didn't work. I use my Apple ID login on the client, and it loads a different account, compared to when i click login and play on the OSRS client on my ipad/phone.

@JagexSupport #osrs hey I just tried to login to my account after a year of inactivity but it says my account was banned, checked the status and it says macroing. I haven’t used a bot ever. My account was recently compromised but since recovered. can you please DM me.

unfortunately going to have to stop playing runescape until Jagex tightens up security, I've had to play login war with someone that's foreign for the last 2 hours. between disabling authenticator to changing my password 14 times in the last 2 hours. It's unacceptable

@OldSchoolRS so when are you going to fix the hacking issue? I haven't played in two years but was banned in February, both my steam Id and my mobil account I used can't log in. Disappointing tbh I just wanted to go back to this.

This is basically the issue with the old "gold farming" games (runescape, WoW, diablo, etc): "social welfare" abstractly would be better off if the game just printed and sold gold, rather than having a bunch of people in low income countries wasting time clicking buttons

@JagexAsh @OldSchoolRS Now that group iron is released we are seeing big issues with shop stock across the whole game. Is there anything that can be done to fix it? Also, is there any plan or possibility for a GIM team chat, similar to the current clans and chat-channel system.
