@JagexSupport I keep getting error code 15. I've tried many times over the past few days and keep getting the same error. And I'm now no longer at home on my normal ip. I'm out of state taking care of a terminal ill family member. I can prove the account is mine. It needs to be locked for now

@JagexSupport couldn’t add login email to account linked with google and accidentally unlinked google to the account. Now I can’t sign in. I’ve been trying to sign in to my account for months now. I lost my phone in a house fire and can’t get back into my account I created before

@JagexSupport I believe I was wrongfully banned for Botting due to switching clients from Runelite to Steam or Hijacking. I was away on holiday and I came back with a disabled account. I don’t know what happened? I already did my first appeal and the issue was never addressed.

@JagexSupport So I linked an email to the account and it wouldn’t let me login using the linked email. I tried to add a login email and when I followed the instructions it said to tap google icon after login. I did and when so it unlinked my accounts. Now email or username isn’t found. Help me

I login to runescape and my first fight with a kid I’m max I hit a 22-67 gmaul-ags on his 20 hp. But everyone has auto eat clients now so he survived with ease 👍🏻 @JagexAsh this is why the game will fail, jagex can’t stop clienting. Might aswell just end the game

@JagexSupport my account "heavy keo" was permanently banned for RWT, I cannot find an explanation for this as I have not broken any rules. I made the account about 2 years ago and have had no problems until now. I would much appreciate finding a solution to this problem, thank u
