    @JagexSupport @KlanVr There should never be a situation that too many logins onto one account = locked out of logging onto the account completely... Block the IP attempting to login over and over, not the whole account..

    @JagexSupport I've tried every option on your website and am not given any options to contact customer support. Every time I try to I get an error code 15. Any time I try to reset my password, error 15 Recover account. Error 15. Any way I can actually email someone PLEASE HELP.

    @JagexSupport Furthermore, I also unable to access RuneScape's website on my phone. I'm pretty sure this is an IP ban because I have no problem accessing the website while connected to my data connection, and I can access the website on my phone using the WiFi connection where I work.

    @OldSchoolRS I'm really confused on who tests all of this and then who signs off on all the changes. Every update there are issues and weird changes no one asked for nor needed within the game, meanwhile long standing issues don't get resolved lol I'm at a loss

    @JagexSupport please help, I have included every single bit of information I possibly could which clearly proves I am the owner of the account, however my recovery requests are still denied. Is there anyone I could speak to regarding this issue?

    @JagexSupport I know my login information, I need to change my password and I can not due to not having access to that email. Because I don’t have access to that email, I don’t have access to my original receipts from my account. Hence I keep getting denied.

    @HunterStanton11 @JagexSupport Wow!!!are you fr? also got banned from my account for 3 months and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply not until i got in contact with @cyber_techunluck on instagram who got me back into my account he should help you

    @JagexSupport Hello Mod Pixel, as I already said in my posts, I am logged in in the right Account, it is permanent banned and I can't login into the game because its disabled. I appealed a ban and it got rejected because you tell me my acc is not banned. Now I can't appeal or log into the game

    @JagexSupport Every time I get back on this game my account gets compromised. Google warned me so I instantly changed my password but was still unable to login and couldn't get in touch with anyone from your company so in that time I lost everything. Just refund my membership. I'm sick of this

    @JagexSupport I even included the date and conversation. I’m just so tired..I don’t want to spend 200 trying to fix a damaged phone just to disable the Authenticator..
