@JagexSupport i botted on osrs and it was banned could u guys wipe the osrs stats and money and unban it im never going to bot it again also its lvl 90 on rs3 but i didnt bot on it on rs3 and i want to play rs3 it was login name was richie6171 but ingame name is aetheriannn

@JagexSupport my account got wrongfully banned and I’m getting zero customer service. Used only runelite plugins, mid game at gotr I disconnect and get a perm ban. Someone needs to look into this please unfortunately I don’t stream and can’t get anyone to help

@JagexSupport Is there a fix for both OSRS and RS3 not loading on 5G? They both work perfectly on WiFi but over my phone's data they both say there's no connection. Seems to be from the most recent app updates.

@HsacLleznol @JagexSupport Well you need to use the ticket link I provided, or account recovery. When you begin account recovery, you provide the email login on the first part only. On the second part, you enter a new email address. If your request is accepted/denied you get that followup on new email

@JagexSupport Hello, im not sure thats the actual case? made a group agian yesterday, went to sleep. now im back on and the group is currently still active. I believe the issue i presented was possibly due to system update. or group dispands after x amount of hours? Best Regards, Wyzic

@JagexSupport Hi jagex! So I'm having a bit of a problem in logging into an account I've not been on in like 3 years. I logged into it with my Google account but it had come up with an unfamiliar username and I was lvl 3. I had completed DS2 when I stopped playing.
