@JagexSupport I understand ania, my issue is I don’t understand when the offence was. No botting was done on the account. When it was banned my friend was on but the guarentee me that they did not bot. So I am lost for what to do. Could you please get this looked into? Is my friend lying?

@JagexSupport I got locked out of my account because I switched over to a new iPhone. My Authenticator app wasn’t updated with the jagex code generator and I accidentally deleted the Authenticator app off my old phone. Is there any way to fix this?

@JagexSupport So im trying to switch my emails to my new email and it keeps denying me for some reason. I have the only 2 passwords I have ever used and the date that I made the account/last way it was paid for/service provider and keep getting denied.. you guys really amaze me

@OldSchoolRS When. Is. iOS. Crash. Fix. ... look at the adjustable dead space, that appears to be the cause.

@JagexSupport I did, and all I was able to get was a password reset link. My issue is with an authenticator and a university email who's "web protection" is delaying the disable email too long for the link to be active. Is there some other way I can work with a support member directly?
