    RuneScape really worries about adding new content but but still won’t fix their security. You’re telling me a fishing boss is easier to do than making passwords case sensitive and allowing special characters in the passwords?

    @JagexSupport so i made another account to start playing on. Within 3 months you slap me with a major macro? Are you guys banning people who dont register email? Thois is the second account this year you taken from me. Wtf is you guys problem? Do something to help.

    @JagexSupport I’m so fed up with account recovery. Because I can’t afford to keep my phone on, I always have to use other peoples phone numbers, or constantly deal with me changing numbers... I am trying to change my email on my account, but google won’t let me sign in.

    @JagexSupport So I wanted to create an account to play RuneScape and I got the "Error 15". Tried with Old School RuneScape, and that went the same... I tried creating account both on another device and using Mobile Data Connection. What else can I do?

    @JackDompierre @RuneScape Trying to contact their support is totally useless cause they’re not going to respond I had the same issue but I got it resolved with the help of cyberhack_081 on Instagram his fast and reliable

    @JagexSupport I'm trying to unlock an account, but no longer have access to the registered email. The recovery system keeps telling me that it'll send an email to the registered email? How is that supposed to fix my inability to access the registered email...

    @JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport What I'm going through is I click on the app, it loads, then shows the login page, I click to login with email and password, it redirects me to a log in page for RS3, I log in, the apps loading screen appears again and I end up back where I started. On the app login screen again

    @JagexSupport Hello, I can't log into RS3 mobile anymore. I can log into RS3 from a laptop and log into the website on my phone just fine. I'm stuck in a login loop with RS3 Mobile. I never had that problem when I used to login from inside the app. Can someone fix this? Thanks
