@JagexSupport Hi Dorothy my account recovery was successful but if you had read my most recent tweet i was to discover my account has been hijacked and banned, I'll wait patiently for a response as it takes you up to 14 days to respond but to that I am absoloutely broken because of this 😓

Judging me for that is a u problem.

@JagexSupport #runescape Is there a current ETA on Support tickets? I'm trying to come back and try Runescape again for the first time in quite a number of years. I can login to my account but it states it was banned for botting last year. (I believe my account was hijacked).
