    @MichaelLoda Even Jagex has this for RuneScape. Literal ninja team that fixed small issues that would normally not get patched.

    Hi @JagexSupport, during The Feud I am not receiving the Snake Basket from the Snake Charmer - have replicated 4 times and seem to be receiving the items required for Ratcatchers (already completed). I have already submitted a bug report - is there a known fix for this issue?

    @JagexSupport it seems to be a authenticator problem. i logged into rs3 no problem it didnt use an authenticator, when i logged into osrs with password and authenticator showed up its incorrect password.

    @JagexSupport I was. I was playing on my account then it would suddenly kick me and give me that error message. I tried clearing my DNS cache and I think it stopped, but I still have screen tearing when I have shadows turned on.

    @FF_XIV_EN @SquareEnix If Real-Money Trading is an issue currently, why not do what other MMOs have done to solve it? RuneScape, EVE Online, Guild Wars 2, and Warframe have effectively killed RMT by letting players directly or indirectly pay for in-game currency.

    @OldSchoolRS This is poorly written because it requires the user to answer 2 questions with a singular yes or no. What if the user wants the spot added but doesn’t want the payment to be 7,500 stardust? This question should be broken into two like this: 2/3

    @JagexSupport I am trying to login to my account, says i am banned I Sent in a appeal And i got a reply saying it isn't banned But the login says otherwise

    @JagexSupport I am trying to use #OSRS on the Motorola Stylus 5G and it isn't letting me login. I have no problem on my laptop but I can't get on through the app. It goes to log in screen I enter my information and it takes me back to the main screen without logging me on.

    @JagexHelpL0ne @JagexSupport That’s the issue. I DID have it on my email. It happened with my original account that got banned that I spent over 1000 hours on. And my appeal got denied (despite it being a different IP obviously since it wasn’t me) and then now my other acc got hijaked with 2FA already on

    @JagexHelpL0ne @JagexSupport I use my work email which I assure you is secure and has not been hijaked. My account got hijaked that had 2FA on my email which your 2fa didn’t work or request them for it. They removed it and added their own which I removed (without any issues actually I just logged in) 1/2

    @JagexSupport It's actually impossible to open a support ticket and it definitely feels like you didn't read my message at all. Is this just a bot that picks out key words and auto replies? 15 year vet of this game and I actually can't get customer service. The meme is a reality isn't it?

    @brp171 @JagexSupport Literally this banned of a thing is getting out of hand recently I was banned too tried reaching support service rather no replies thanks to those who recommended me to cybermonstersecurity on Instagram he helped me out I think you should try him
