@OldSchoolRS hi! I really like new wilderness update. But I’m having some issue in singles bossing as Ironman.. some people just come and use vengeance on boss when I’m about to finish kill and I don’t get kill? That’s really annoying. Is there anything you can do to fix this?

@JagexAsh Additionally the fact that we cannot even speak to live representative to discuss our issues or concerns is very disgusting. I have no idea how I have played a game and given money to a company who cares not what customers think/feel. This will be the last time i use Runescape.

@RchamTV @Alistair_McF Rust is following the same mistakes of Runescape ngl. The same monetization errors and then time later a complete combat/progression overhaul which made the game casual/unfun/too easy/pay2win. And eventually they made a oldschool version of the game which is 6x+ more popular.

@AngryAreolas @JagexSupport I was having similar issues like this after hours of contacting support and they claim to help without doing so a friend recommended me to @knightgohard he helped me resolve it with just my tag I bet he could also be of help to you

@JagexSupport my account got perm banned during the open client issue last year and it was the first offense on the account, instead of a 2 week ban like other people. Could someone look into it? The automated service insta denied my appeal. The account name was pickzz.

@JagexSupport I supplied the same information 6 times previously and it was sufficient. This has been an ongoing issue, this is more complex than "you didn't provide enough info." I need to speak to an actual person.
