    @JagexSupport Hi, I was trying to login to Runescape for the first time since 2016 but my account seems to missing entirely. I searched my username on both the OSRS and RS3 player scores and nothing came up. I have email proof of my member account via receipts, how can I restore?

    @JagexHelpElf @JagexSupport I’m extremely thankful that you were able to unban my account. I am truly appreciative; however, My account isn’t the same one I remembered. My login was joshieboy94; and that was my username as well — but all of my stats are missing. is there any way we can overcome this?

    @JagexSupport I have a ban that occurred after my account had been hijacked for something I did not do. I was able to recover my account and secure it again. Can I contact someone with this complex issue because the ban says it’s unappealable?

    @JagexSupport I'm finding it near impossible to invest myself into osrs, quite a while ago I let my friend use my account to make gp for bonds and he botted it which resulted in the account being permanently banned (botting and macro major) I've never botted or broken any rules.

    @JagexSupport I've got an issue with my current Yaktrack task (#22) where under the "Prayer and Smelting" tasks all I'm seeing are prayer related things so I can't progress it and I'm having to do the other task. Is this a known issue?

    @JagexSupport i tried to login to my account and it says my account is locked and i cant unlock it, gives me an error code "Acess denied error 15" the support page also does this when i follow it to unlock. Please help D: cant even cancel subscription now

    @JagexSupport Like I said before, all the reasons on your site are wrong. It isn't your fault, as the support person, but the site isn't even remotely helpful, and if I ran into this issue, I feel many others have lost names for no real reason as well.

    @JagexSupport @RuneScape @Jagex Have you already solved the login error? I still can't log in, you deactivated the accounts and said you were working on it, some players are already able to log in, why can't I log in to my account yet? when you guys are going to solve it.

    @JagexSupport This support team is awful. My account was stolen and used for botting. (I thought I weird I would log in somewhere other than when I logged out but brushed it off as a glitch in an old game). I've tried appealing many times. They just refuse to believe my story.

    @JagexSupport @JagexAsh I believe I was falsely banned today, I got a bot busting ban a few days ago, which was fair and I understand thats wrong, but following that ban I did not bot on my account at all and when I tried to login to the game today I got a macroing ban.
