@blakeob68945402 @RuneScape I mean you do understand the concept of a rollback right? Some accounts will be rolled back to their state at 14:15 earlier today. If you got a drop or a level between then and now, and you are affected, you lose that progress. They can't fix that obviously.

@TLOKaizer @RuneScape They should never have been in a position where this was the choice they had to make. Someone had to make a massive mistake for an issue like this to occur in the first place. As I said, this is incompetent and they should make it up to affected players. Source: I work in Tech.

@gogglepopee @OldSchoolRS Before the crash, so everyone that was logged in during the crash will lose everything all the way back to 15 minutes before it happened, a good reason to log out when a crash happens and wait for it to be resolved, either that or just sit in a bank chatting
