    @JagexSupport What do you mean impossible to remember? I just said I provided it all. Oldest passwords, recoveries, all payment info, ISP, date and place I made the acc all the way to the house number basically. The problem isnt the info, its your system. Is it possible to have a manaul review

    @JagexSupport @JagexSupport,Eliza, thank you for your response, but this isn't my issue. I have been banned and my appeal has been denied. I'm really sorry, never had bad intentions(Ironman account, not a moneymaker). I'm a programmer and build a few macro's, nothing bad. Can you please help?

    @JagexSupport Hello, for some reason I'm unable to login via runelite. It says "too many login attempts". However I am able to login on mobile normally. I'm using ubuntu.

    @JagexSupport Hello and good morning. I've tried every option on the error code 15 page. Both the hijacked account link and recovery account link fail to allow me to even log in or submit a form. Unfortunately, whatever has happened, im gonna need someone's manual intervention. Top 10k account

    @theoatrix You've earned my follow. These responses you get for calling out toxicity is exact proof of where Runescape has gone. Not to mention the hypocritical 'content creators' that respond to you talking about causing issues yet that's exactly what they're doing.

    @JagexSupport I understand, but good news, the second appeal went through. But the problem now is that my authenticator does not work, I went through the process of deactivating it, but I am not receiving the E-mail (waited 24hours). I just tried to disable it again, but still no e-mail

    @JagexSupport I'm having trouble recovering my acc. Have access to 2 of the first e-mails connected to It, tons of payment id's, at least 4 older James, some pass, an Idea of when It Was created , some recovery answers and still I'm unable to recover #help

    @JagexSupport Hello. I just tired to recover an account i made way back in 2005 or so to have a username login for my new ironman. Request was denied after 10 seconds, yet I provided all info needed. There's no way a human spent 10 seconds reading it all. Username is kick79
