@JagexSupport rs3 launcher gets stuck on 'loading application 'loading application resources'. I tried the HDMI cable and now uninstalled rs3 and trying to reinstall it but the download button on your site crashes the page?? Mobile not working as well :(

@JagexSupport I have an issue regarding the dwarven multicannon, I don't know where to start in regards to support for this. I used the upgrade kit and it's now consumed, and I dont have the option to upgrade the cannon to the siege engine.
