@OldSchoolRS I can’t sign in to my account on mobile. It doesn’t give me the option to sign in, it created a new account when I hit sign in with RuneScape account

@JagexSupport Hi Eliza. The automated help system isnt reliable as stated in my first message. I cant get into the email associated with the account. I know my osrs login credentials. Can i prove my login info with a jagex mod somehow? We keep going in circles..

@JagexSupport When click on the link, it asks me to login, I type the correct login info, but then it asks for the authenticator code. I don't know the original email I used to creat the account, so I can't recover it.

@toobadRS @JagexSupport No positive response will come from their support I can bet I got mine fixed by #allenfixx on instagram when I had this issue you should send him a message request right away

@JagexSupport with the new update every time I look at a Wiki page or check a text the game freezes when I switch back to the client on Old School RuneScape mobile forcing me to close the client and re-log. FIX THIS ASAP, it's making the game almost unplayable on mobile.
