    @JagexSupport Hey mate can i have someone dm me? Im locked out of an old account because auth isnt set up, but it asks me to every time i try and login. I have access to the account's email, as i still get the denials to remove my auth there. Dont know what else to do

    @Rocknshooting I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble there, but this isn't a Support channel and I'd not be able to give you access to an account instead of them. They're JagexSupport on this platform if you'd like to ask them about recovering it.

    @JagexAsh @OldSchoolRS Plus there was an issue with "rwting" in the tip jar, the simple response is just to remove it.

    @JagexSupport Tell your technician to fix the problem, the blue button to report a problem keep giving me an error! It’s brings back to the beginning I have to my website access Denied inquiries again!

    @runaru_rs @JagexSupport My account also got a permanent ban and support did nothing to help , not until I reached out to @super_cyber1 on Instagram who helped me recover back my account . I confidently recommend his service

    @JagexHelpStevie @JagexTrident @JagexSupport Wasn't manual, was auto triggered RWT. One for 14 days, then the day it expired a perma for same reason? "Your account has been temporarily banned for using a middleman service for deathmatching in Old School RuneScape" Never RWT'd or DMed after blogpost.

    @JagexHelpFrost @JagexAsh @JagexSupport It was created with Google, and the account has been linked. We do not remember the password for either the Google account or the Runescape account. We can sign in on mobile, on the phone the account was created on, but we can't sign in anywhere else :(

    @JdmDadNate @JagexSupport Very common these days had the same problem last week But it’s all resolved all thanks to Knightgohard he helped me fix it I bet he could be of help to you too I recommend you check him out if support fails to lend a helping hand
