Wow, I have to say a big thanks to @JagexSupport for quickly resolving my problem with my account being hacked. They took a lot of gp out of the account but that’s the least of my worries, just glad all this time and effort didn’t go down the drain.

@JagexSupport hi, my account user name TiTatt 31 received a false positive ban from the automated system. i use the account to flip and make cannonballs. i use the runelite client is that the issue? i cant appeal it ingame so i desperatly came here. this feels unfair

@JagexSupport Sorry, but this wasn't helpful, nothing really helped to fix it, even reinstalling of the game itself. Other games run well with steam client and Steam support is directing people to Jagex support for solving this problem. Is there any other way to try and fix this problem?

@UNIQUE_LEADER2 @OldSchoolRS There's a lot of you singles teams crying, I'm sure you'll find each other in multi since it was so hard for you guys to figure out before. Also the solution to the outdated multi isn't to keep a broken singles system. But that sounds too much like common sense to be true.

@JagexSupport today after making the first payment I got an error, which unfortunately I did not save, when I tried again I got the same error for the second time and finally I received two e-commerce notifications to the mail and my money was deducted from my account :(
