@C4SH3R @JagexSupport That's unfair that those are your only options. Waiting that long for something you've already bought. They should definitely be giving you some kind of compensation for the wait along with your item. Customer service isn't their strong suit.

@JagexSupport i have a major bug with clue scrolls, i have a stack of 23 sealed hards and it keeps saying i already have an active clue scroll therefore i cannot open a new checked bank and nothing no invisible glitch either, its legit glitched and cant do clues, please help!

I remember convincing my mum to buy me RuneScape subscription in like 2007. She paid via some text payment service. It was like £5 for 1 month.
@hanijacqui @OldSchoolRS They’re getting fixed in the update. The problem was with so many people there spamming the doors you couldnt get through. Now it’ll have an invisible barrier for those who do not meet the level
@OldSchoolRS I believe there is something wrong with the "Loot system", as in i get around 500 damage done to a person and someone walks in, hit them once or twice, not even doing 10% of the damage i did, and they still get the loot, it has been happening a lot. Fix it please!
@JagexSupport To be fairly honest, this is an automated answer which leads me to an useless page I cannot contact you with. This is absolutely not the kind of service you can lend to your customers.
@_Hopefighter @PeelXIII @SteveRogan420 @RuneScape Yeah, generic tab targeting with broken/half-assed delayed ability use. I'm over 300 days of playtime on RS3, I know what I'm talking about scrub. The combat system is a complete joke and if you think otherwise you have no idea what you're talking about.
@JagexSupport hey yo wassup, still no update on the mobile members beta that fixed all that invisible stuff. Sprites are screwy, invisable NPCs and players. I. Want. To. Play. On. My. Phone. Please. Send. Help. No forum post that helps fix it.
@JagexSupport I have any issue with my account on RS3. I was banned for macroing in OSRS but I haven't touched OS personally in months. I was having issues logging in yesterday and reset my password and but an authentication back on my account at that same time.
