@JagexSupport I have an old account with the username SkillerTrent which exists and I can see on HiScores. Somehow I created a new account under the same email address and I cannot log back into my old account...how do I fix this?

@JagexSupport Trying to get my old login information. I do not understand why it was denied by Mod Pixel because its an account I created. He instructed me to submit another login request and I did so. I've come to twitter because I have had positive results getting similar issues addressed.

@JagexSupport I just summited an appeal to have my account ban lifted. After verifying I was not a robot, I was immediately taken to the account login screen. I did not see a message saying my appeal was sent. Did my appeal time out because I took too long? Or is this normal?

@RSNZephyre @PoopDogg417 @JagexSupport Hard to tell who honest and who isnt. Thats the main issue also if they open this door for say you then they have to open for all and you and i both know people will take advantage of this

@iSIR14 @RuneScape They ran into a problem yet ANOTHER time with it. So I'm guessing they're gonna stay silent until it's fixed. Cause you know, communicating with your playerbase over something you advertised but didn't provide TWICE *totally* isn't important and all.

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport Thank you but I've already been given this, fire fox, chrome internet explorer and brave all won't work on my pc or my wife's. I can connect on my phone if I turn off wifi yes however that still doesn't explain why my ip address is blocked and I don't always have service either.

@JagexSupport Also it isn’t old usernames. Those work perfectly fine. Account from 10 years + ago has never had a single issue it’s the email usernames with the @dot.cc or whatever. As the example i provided.

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport That is what I'm having issues with the email I'm useing I received a email for the account on Oct 1 and now it is only send me emails for an acc I dont use any more can you please help me because I have filled 2 forums out in a 1 week period with no response on getting my acc
