@JagexAsh @JagexSupport steam being used as a gateway to hack into accounts, linking steam requires no password login, it seems steam can reset certain things they shouldn’t as people are losing a lot both 07 and rs3, they seem to reset things without looking into it. Dire situation

@JagexSupport Hi team, I already have reviewed all these steps and still nothing. As mentioned before when I try to reset my password, no problem with receiving an email but for resetting the authenticator, nothing comes. Don’t know what else to do…

@JagexSupport Can you look at dxp for slayer. I believe it's broken. In the parenthesis it shows the dxp and bonus but to the left of the parenthesis it shows the normal xp and what's being added to the xp on character seems to be the normal. Ex 1597(1965)

@JagexSupport Hello, I updated my system to Android 12 and now I can't log into the mobile OSRS app anymore. Help? I am redirected to the browser to login then it returns to the app but I'm not logged in. My information is correct otherwise the browser wouldn't return to the app.

@JagexSupport My home was broken into on while out of country for over 2 months and my PC stolen and hacked. I fear that they have already tried to apeal the account. I have been able to get back into my rs account and submit a hijacking appeal.

@JagexSupport @JagexWest I was hacked about 6 months ago so the recovery gets sent to the backup email and not the login so when I did the appeal, it went to one I don't have access to. I submitted again with my main email. Will that hinder the appeal process for me?
