    @JagexSupport I’m going to say this one last time. RuneScape for MacOS has been nothing but issues trying to play it. It freezes my computer and crashes it at random, something it’s never done before HET’S OASIS! This is really annoying and starting to piss me off.

    @JagexSupport Hey Jagex, not sure what's going on but I tried to login to my OSRS account for the first time in like 6 months and it says I was banned less than 2 months ago for macroing? I wasn't even playing during that time so I'm very confused. Would love some help! Username: Webcore

    @JagexSupport the part that irritates me the most, you have the audacity to email my that saying “after a comprehensive review of this account there is sufficient evidence to suggest this offense was applied correctly. There is no suggestion that the offense was applied in error”

    @JagexSupport I had an account named Takbeeer. I tried to recover via email but cant seem to find out which email i used. So i click on forgot email recovery. Now the issue is when i type in the username it says username not in database. I can provide any info needed!

    I have deleted the client, deleted the cache, reinstalled, cleared DNS cache, etc. If @JagexSupport tells me to refer to their support page(s) one more time I’m going to explode. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS ISSUE, and I am FED UP. FIX IT. FIX IT. FIX IT.
