@JagexSupport I followed all the trouble shooting steps in the link you provided and no luck, the app still crashes as soon as I load into a world. The weird thing as I mentioned previously is that I can play on the mobile app on my main account just fine, but not my iron. I submitted a ticket

@TheBellLife @TeamYouTube ive been on YT for around 20 yrs and ive watched this multimillion dollar company just literally **** on creator after creator i think YT should look at the example of Runescape and how they split into two separate games for their customers, i think the fix is as simple as that

@KotaNichols @JagexSupport I also got hacked, support service aren't doing anything about it. So i contacted @_cyberjones on Instagram he successfully recovered my account his legit and reliable.

@JagexSupport to further elaborate i thought i removed auth from my old phone and switched to my new phone but i didnt somehow and now i cant switch my auth cuz i need my auth but i didnt realize this was a problem untill my auth expired

@JagexSupport I tried logging to rs3 on mobile. Had to sign in again, accidentally hit login with google using my account email and now I can't access my rs3 account with the same email. Osrs was not effected.

@RsGasperVladi As far as MMOs go, if you look at downtime over the past 20 years, RuneScape is in all fairness REMARKABLY stable and sometimes gets unfair criticism for issues that are top priority and already being fixed. Things are harder to fix remotely as we continue in this pandemic world,

@JagexSupport ive already done and looked through all of that but i cant login in the osrs site and i only can play on steam client and phone not even on the official client i think its a diffirent problem
