@JagexSupport I logged onto RuneScape and was apparently banned last month for macroing, however I haven’t played in quite a long time, I’m thinking my account was hacked and used to farm, is there ANYTHING I could do to fix this? It’s probably a long shot to ask…

@OldSchoolRS Ngl dunno how servers and lag and item duping with multiple people accessing the same space is, easy or hard, but id low key be ok with a 5 sec timer upon opening it or w/e to make sure actions are 1 acc at a time hah. ALL ABOARD the gim group storage access queue train :P

@JagexSupport why can't I sign in on mobile? I get my username entered and as soon as I try type my password it leaves the browser and goes back to the sign in screen on mobile app.

@JagexSupport At first, I was doing the wrong login; it had an underscore at the end. I'm positive that I'm recovering the correct account now, it's detailed in my membership transaction emails from 2007. Is there any way I can have my appeals passed through to be reviewed?

@JagexSupport @JagexSupport let me say it again, my account was locked, while trying to change the mail address, as the mail doesn't exist anymore (used a 10min mail service and it got hacked..) now I'm stuck here in linbo, can I get actual HELP please?
