@PlayStation @AskPS_UK @AvalancheWB Absolutely disgusting customer service from playstation. Ordered limited edition Hogwarts legacy controller, Playstation then recall the controller just before delivery without contact. now saying I can’t get the controller . Poor service .

@FortniteStatus Oh yeah fix the ONE bug on PlayStation that only now got realised, but go ahead and ignore all the problems with the Xbox servers and lag (the other day I couldn’t even take out my rocket launcher in time after my pick axe so guess what happened to me: 💥BOOM💥 back to the lobby)
