    @Outlook How about fix your ****** platform smh. Have had nothing but issues for 2 straight days. Can barely work because it doesn’t load worth a ****. Check connection with ISP. All good. You gonna reimburse everyone for these disruptions. It’s a joke at this punt

    @MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft @Outlook Update: I finally managed to recover my account. I had to install the Outlook app on iOS and go through the “forgot password” process there. Somehow the verification (robot test) worked there, and I was finally able to reset my password. This just shows how broken the system is — the same process didn’t work anywhere else. Also, Microsoft’s support is even worse than the system itself. No real help, no human support, just useless automated responses. This experience was extremely frustrating.
