    @Outlook Hotmail access has become impossible. With password "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password." and then with phone verification "That verification method isn't working right now." What the hell Microsoft??? Locked out of emails for a couple of weeks now.

    @Outlook How about fix your ****** platform smh. Have had nothing but issues for 2 straight days. Can barely work because it doesn’t load worth a ****. Check connection with ISP. All good. You gonna reimburse everyone for these disruptions. It’s a joke at this punt

    @Outlook It’s been days of failed recovery attempts, unanswered requests, and no real support. I completed the forms, followed every step, and still have no access to my recovery emails. At this point it feels like customers are being ignored instead of helped. Please escalate this issue.
