    What the heck is up with @Outlook?? Been locked out of my email for two days and all I get is “this verification method isn’t working right now” and then it says I’ve requested too many codes! Also can’t contact support cause I can’t sign in or access your chatbot :(

    now I am locked out of my email account due to 'too many attempts' because of YOUR OUTAGE, an endless loop day 3 and I have to wait 24 to 48 hours to hopefully get my account recovered. Unreal @Microsoft @Outlook DO BETTER!

    @Outlook why haven’t you sorted the mail app out. Still my Mail isnt loading at all. SORT THE OUTAGE OUT. I HAVE IMPORTANT EMAILS ON THERE AND ALL HAVE GONE

    I’m removing all my accounts from my @Outlook, since I can’t access my email and I’m worried about losing important information. I can’t believe @Microsoft can’t simply fix an email bug. They are an email company omgggggg

    Microsoft @Outlook is beyond broken. I accidentally wrote a wrong email ID (external) which failed to deliver. Now, I am trying to send it to the correct id, but outlook keeps "correcting" me to the wrong one. No intuitive way to bypass this. This has to be a joke or something.

    @Outlook I can not believe the incompetence at this company, my email is still down, they just will not send me a code to reset my work/private account. I have just had to wait a full 7 days to try again, nothing and now they want me to wait 28 days!!!

    @StockMKTNewz @Outlook just have the worse downtime yesterday that constraint access for millions hotmail and outlook ios users. It has been >24hrs and the access issue has NOT been resolved. Installing AI agent should not be their priority for right now. They should focus on restoring access for their users first!
