Had a wasted evening tonight. Waiting for the @MicrosoftTeams support to fix the membership of a team. Entra had 378 members, Teams however had 5869 members in. Took 6hrs for it to get fixed. No feedback from engineering to support or me. Root cause analysis report requested.

@nicksortor It is an easy fix...no more DC. Have them work from their home state offices and ise @MicrosoftTeams pr @Zoom modern solition. No need for DC. Saves us a lot of money

@MicrosoftTeams Your app is quite abysmal. It's, in fact, actively bad. How do you manage to make an app with such despicable performance when run ON YOUR OWN OS? Client/server sync doesn't work well; you might as well delete the code. The world would rejoice if you discontinue this rubbish.

@jcolesimpson @dialpad They are terrible. Their support has gotten drastically worse in the past year. I pay $10k a year and can’t get someone to answer a phone call or chat. I wish @MicrosoftTeams had more robust SMS features. I would pay 3x my Dialpad subscription to be all in Teams.

@MicrosoftTeams i have an issue(observed it today) When ever i start a group call. If i want to add another person (out of this group), he is adding into the call but he is also adding into that group. Which shouldnt be done. Can you rectify this?

@MicrosoftTeams @ConsultingHills I’ve put in a million feedback and bug reports about all the iOS problems and Mac problems. Nothing changes. It’s appalling to use. I’d hate to have to use it for business. Unreliable. Can’t see images or videos. Sometimes can’t make posts. Truly terrible.

Creating a Teams bot is a mess right now. So many confusing options, confusing description and terminology. The docs are very confusing! I don't remember the last time I was so confused trying a new technology/library (except terrible MSFT-internal libraries). @MicrosoftTeams

.@MicrosoftTeams can you guys fix notifications for Teams? Not an issue for business but as a Skype replacement this has been just awful. No notifications just regularly. Ios,pc does not seem to matter. No one will or can use it if it doesn't work.

@aarondotdev @MicrosoftTeams @Microsoft just look to your guys own old designs for inspiration when things actually worked right. i promise you. even the modern technically challenged consumer would love it. i've heard countless complaints from average consumer on these issues as well. it's way too bloated/convoluted

Working in the corporate sector in Kerala during INC rule had its own traditions. There used to be LDF called strikes all the time. The company/ies would refuse to declare holiday (this was before the pandemic so no WFH and no @MicrosoftTeams or @Zoom ) and everyone would struggle to reach office on the strike day morning (I didnt have a car at that time and used PT but even for those with cars it would be a tension filled ride to office) then after 1 or 2 hours the party people would turn up (I still believed they were called by someone in office only) and they would demand the office shut down. Then HR would ask everyone to collect the biriyanis they had arranged (as no canteen due to strike); which we called "hartal biriyani" and we would return home! Those were the times!

@MicrosoftTeams I work for a large corporate and Teams is running like a pig - it takes forever to connect, Audio frequently drops or simply wont connect at all - lots of people having exactly the same problem

@MicrosoftTeams on iOS is such an unusable app, atm. @Microsoft switched me over from Skype to Teams… I haven’t been able to contact my friends and family since that day. On top of that, the UI is either broken or makes absolutely no sense. How is this a shippable product?
