@MetalSolace Reaching out to their support service is pointless cos you'll get an automated response, I had similar issue too and after submitting several complaints i got no helpful response, I eventually got aid from a tech guy reach out to him on instagram at Seth_hacks455

@spring_bubbl @instagram Same here. I like how companies were like 10 to 15 years ago. Back then, they actually had a "contact us" feature which worked like a charm! Any question or problem you had was dealt with right away. Nowadays you have to like donate a limb to get any sort of help.

@Nina201710 @Dimonator I saw that Novak liked Rafa’s post on Instagram. I think Rafa knew about Fed’s decision to retire, so he’d probably prepared a post in advance. Could be that Novak (like everyone else) didn’t know about it, and now that he has become aware of it, he/his team are working on it?

@Carson2343 I don't know if it made a difference, but almost immediately after my previous post, I got through to SOLUTIONCAVE44 on Instagram chat and he was incredibly helpful in helping me resolve a months long issue that other agents would not help with. Someone give that man a raise!
