    @livgalbreath2 @Juulianna22 @snapchatsupport I don't know if it made a difference, but almost immediately after my previous post, I got through to flashcyber4 on Instagram chat and he was incredibly helpful in helping me resolve a months long issue that other agents would not help with. Someone give that man a raise!

    @cjhuncho___ @snapchatsupport I was in the same situation as you then someone referred me to flashcyber4 on Instagram after 24 hours the account fixed. You can reach out to him to reinstall the app after a day and login
