@Meta I opened a twitter account because apparently buying a new phone after my old one was damaged to pieces will lock me out of my instagram account after never using my password to sign in….the forgot password link won’t work. Instagram won’t respond to my email.Please help!

@instagram Another day with NO Instagram and another day Instagram doesn't care. A blank white screen, a padlock image and the message "confirm your info using the Instagram App to try to get back to your account". Just fix the damn problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
