@bellehook @tannhaus93 @Linux4Everyone Right, I forgot about that one. And you're right, the translation layer can also be seen as an advantage because you're able to fix games like this. I think GTA IV also runs better through DXVK.

@blususpect Yes plz @RockstarGames . Fast loading , 60fps. And if they fix loot and bounty system, and more fast travel points, it would be a sooooo much better game

@CutestSCP same dont get me wrong i dont like rockstar much anymore theyre kinda scummy but i just wanted 60fps gta to play with friends issue is none of my friends have a next gen console and are willing to buy it so kinda shot myself in the foot

@RockstarGames Limiting the ability for people to character transfer if they've gone to PC in the past is low-tier scummy. If this isn't reversed, a lot of people aren't going to be playing anymore. Please fix this.

@RockstarSupport how do you determine cheaters and modded accounts cause i cant migrate to my series X from my ps4 and i don't even know how to glitch never bought a mod account plus i see other early access players are migrating just fine while admitting they've done glitching

It's not looking to good for the GTA 5 next gen versions there seems to be online problems where if you transfer your ps4 or Xbox one character to next gen it seems to erase your ps4 or Xbox one characters save

I try to be generally positive when talking about Rockstar, and I've been relatively open about the idea of the new ports of GTA V. But now, unless they fix the issues with character transfers, I can definitively say they ****** it. #SaveOurProgress

Rockstar seriously needs to fix these type of bugs. The game has even bugs that were presence since day 1 of GTA V.

@TAHK0 I think digital being the enemy comes from purchases being tied to a digital account that can go away if the service goes offline like the Wii Shop, or removed from purchase altogether like the original Gta trilogy or scott pilgrim for a long time.

@RockstarGames upgrading here, will disconnect you from ANY friends you have on previous gen; its no cross-gen play; (or crossplay) and only reason is to have some cars go faster; so not a really good gimmick; when it could cross-gen as graphics is only impact otherwise.

@GTAonlineNews Had a similar problem with Radio in GTA 4. If the Spotify App is open on your console try closing it which should resolve the issue

@Gtamen @GTAonlineNews Some on the gta online subreddit said they migrated and kept all their money but all there vehicles and weapons are gone. Anyone else had this problem? They said they think it’s because they changed their location to New Zealand

@RockstarGames So because I migrated my ps4 character to PC in 2016, I now cannot get my character on PS5. Absolutely ridiculous. FIX THIS ASAP!

If the new version of GTA 5 is supposed to be out tomorrow, then why are so many people playing it today and complaining that there's issues about it? If you all would have waited until tomorrow, the issues could have been solved and the game could have worked properly.

@WestCoastDraco @king_dre423 @RockstarGames It's a problem when GTA does it because they're selling you the exact same game that you've been playing since 2013. All the games you mentioned have regular updates and are MMOs which thrive on expansions, not releasing new titles for that IP.

@SpazdogYT @Raul23213 @DarkViperAU I have a PS5 and the PS4 version of GTA is on that… so I don’t have a ‘PS4 version’ per-say… I’d only be using the PS5 version so when I migrate it wouldn’t be an issue!

@RockstarGames I'm seeing people say if they transferred to pc they now can't transfer to ps5 or series X/s and it deletes their characters on last gen if they do. Can you please fix this. I transferred my character in 2015 to pc and have barely played the game on pc I still play PS4 now ps5 😢
