@Meta @FacebookGaming why promote a huge star event for December without the ability to deliver? I've talked with so many streamers who had issues with inaccurate reporting/accounting in your system. And support autocloses all tickets.

@jrogersSMU @TeditzOnFB @FacebookGaming My dashboard freezing in December and my star bonuses not updating until the 3rd of January and now FB isn’t paying out those bonuses because it wasn’t during the eligible period. However it was an internal glitch so yeah that should be paid out as promised.

@PurrAnna_ @FacebookGaming People aren’t getting the money they should be earning this month until March. A lot of creators rely on that income as their main source to pay bills, etc. that’s the main issue lately, not including the many they’ve been having for a year or so.

A little math for the gamers out there: If I peak at 12 viewers that accounts for literally one quarter of one percent of the 5k live notification followers I have (people who should get notified every stream). Then that is 0.08% of my TOTAL followers. @FacebookGaming please help

@Myrnisth3word @FacebookGaming In sept 2020 I was like 3 months into streaming on fb. I had one of my best days ever and received almost 80 dollars in stars. After I ended the stream those stars never registered. After a couple weeks of issues with the platform I just stopped streaming altogether

Has anyone else had issues with not receiving their stars or bonuses for December with @Meta and @FacebookGaming . I've tried submitting support tickets and had over half a dozen auto-closed telling me everything is correct, but I have documentation showing the inaccuracy.

@jrogersSMU @TeditzOnFB @FacebookGaming Yeah we received a star party bonus update on Monday 1/31 staying these are delayed until March super late but okay. Today they sent out that supporter bonuses will be paid in March now this is after the scheduled payout date. My issue lies with 1/2
