@FacebookGaming So far today I have had a person purchase 2 sets of 5 gifted subs that never came through to chat. Also, a current supporter was offered to accept a gifted in chat. All issues were reported.

@IGotPuppies @FacebookGaming I truly believe they know and are working on it but I have community members saying they won't watch, donate or spend their time here because they either don't get notified or they can't watch because of chat not loading or buffering issues. It's depressing for us as creators.

It’s soo disappointing as I love fb but I am really considering purple and starting over (even w 56k on Fb)

@IGotPuppies @FacebookGaming We also had issues where they accepted a gifted sub and then POOF disappeared. @SnootyWizard has bought subs for one streamer and they all went to a completely different streamer.

@IGotPuppies @FacebookGaming I definitely have been having an issue with this...I was averaging between 4-5 viewers after I was raided, and then I’m now at 1-2...I’ll randomly jump to 10 for like a half second, then I’m at 0.....

Is anyone having trouble uploading their supporter stickers? I reached 5.1k followers last week. I’ve tried to upload stickers all week long and it just keeps saying “something went wrong please refresh” All of my stickers are in the correct format. @FacebookGaming please help!
