@SnootyWizard @FacebookGaming They need something that updates users in the dashboard of all platform issues and the status of such issue. I'm also a fan of how @TwitchSupport also posts issues and the status with ETA of resolution. Microsoft also does this.

@JFeetzz @FacebookGaming Don't think this tells me anything I didn't already know. The problem is the number of people that have notifications turned on and say they didn't get one. The other problem is the metrics that state how many of your followers have notifications turned, it can't be right.

Just a week after @FacebookGaming announced they're working on improving their notifications, they have a notifications blackout for live streams today 🙃 on top on gifted subs still broken 🙃🙃

@m3gaming_mark @FacebookGaming Did @FacebookGaming even give you a way to dispute it? One big reason we left Fb gaming was because of their lack of help and customer service. It was a lost cause trying to find help.

@FacebookGaming My reach on my page has tanked on retro plastic gaming. No issues that I am aware of. Not sure what's going on. Fans complain about not getting notifications or they get turned off without their consent.

@JFeetzz @FacebookGaming The notification system is broken, its been admitted to be broken because the code is a mess and they can't understand why notifications aren't reaching their destination most of the time. It doesnt matter what we do this end. It needs cleaning up and making more reliable.

I'm seeing @FacebookGaming pages that are literally 12 hours old and the first thing these guys are asking is. "How do I get into the algorithm."... My first ever question was "How do I get better." This platform needs to change. It needs to promote quality. #facebookgaming
