Twitch followers - 51 Facebook followers - 14,300 I multi-streamed to Twitch and FB tonight. Twitch pulled over double the average viewer count and nearly double peak concurrents. Something is horribly broken with @FacebookGaming - streamers, it's time to branch out #FacebookLive

@DocSquiffy @AverageDadFB @FacebookGaming Probably because the Social Media Team and the Support Team are… Different teams? 🤯 There’s an entire Partner-dedicated support team where issues can be logged and investigated thoroughly. Makes no sense for the Marketing guys at #FBgg to get involved in that.

@TreeFbgg @FacebookGaming I used to work at Verizon Wireless for 8 years. Worked 8 hour shifts and then came home and streamed 5 hours for 6 days a week. I used to cry because i was so tired. I didnt cry because I was tired, i cried because I couldn’t be 100% for stream. My hard work paid off now im ft 🙌🏽

But shouting into the void to an account that responds 0% of the time seems less productive than a process that can work even 50% of the time. Ultimately it all comes down to the need for more communication
