    I have money in @eToro since 2 years but I changed my phone number and I can't access them. Their team ignores support requests. All other tools were responsive when I changed my number except @eToro. Shouldn't this be illegal? Anyone can recommend some legal action here?

    @eToro I have a few feature ideas that could improve the eToro platform for both investors and Popular Investors. 1. Lock in option for Copy Trading and Smart Portfolios It could be interesting to introduce an optional lock in period where an investor commits capital for a defined time, for example one quarter as a minimum. If someone is confident enough in a strategy to lock their funds, Popular Investors could potentially receive slightly higher incentives for this type of committed capital. Investors who commit their capital could also receive something extra on top. You are smart people, I am sure you could come up with a good mechanism for this. 2. Calendar based take profit Currently we have standard TP and trailing TP, but a calendar based exit could also be useful. For example an investor could set a rule such as “close this position on a selected date” regardless of profit or loss. 3. Lower crypto sell minimum in the wallet The current $100 minimum for selling crypto in the wallet feels quite high for smaller traders/investors. Many traders use other exchanges like Bybit or Binance for active trading while treating eToro more as a long term investment hub. Allowing smaller crypto sell amounts in the wallet could make the platform more flexible and attractive for crypto users by lowering the entry barrier. Since the minimum investment is $10, the minimum sell amount could reasonably be something like $20. 4. Improve chart settings persistence Please i beg you to consider improving how chart settings are saved. At the moment charts reset to default when switching between assets. Many users do not want to constantly reconfigure their chart setup every time they open a new instrument. For example I personally use Heikin Ashi candles and currently I have to change this repeatedly. Even with the save option, indicator styles and chart settings are not always properly preserved. Improving this would significantly improve the overall quality of life on the platform for active traders. Thanks for reading and considering these ideas. 👍

    @eToroTeam I've been logging in using my Gmail. I don't have a separate password. How am I going to login to offline mode? There is no option login with Google.

    @eToroTeam 26 days of @eToro blocking my money in a breach of contract and their own T&Cs, 22 days to review a single bank statement. This is the customer service people can expect from them... @yoniassia your guys are doing a great job...(irony)

    @eToroTeam I’ve now managed to login to have found that my request via backtrader was closed at a price that wasn’t even the case when I requested the close, nor at market price when I logged in (it closed as I logged in). I require compensation for this as it’s ridiculous this has happened

    @eToro 31 days (1 month) since @eToro blocked my account, ignoring their own T&Cs. 27 days to review a bank statement. No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.

    @eToro Day 16 of @etoro not returning my money, 16 days reviewing a bank statement. No warning and no knowing when they will finish "reviewing" my document. This is the customer service anyone can expect from eToro...and they don't care.
