    @roycefestival @eToroService If you read the Terms of Service, you would know you're talking out of your a s s and are entitled to exactly nothing. They're not doing this on purpose, why would they, they lose money too. Either a hacker attack, hardware malfunction or some bigger problems

    @eToroService Not really good enough. If your servers cannot handle the traffic, increase your capacity. We pay you to be our broker, we shouldn't be locked out of our accounts when there is a correction. What would you do if there is a market crash?

    @eToroService @eToro How many hours is it now since going down?? Can’t trade especially on a day like today, twice in a number of weeks, just not reliable enough and will be looking at using other trading platforms from now on. Hope you will be compensating traders due to this

    @PaulHewitson9 @brenbratchie96 @eToroService Hate to break it to you but their customer support is one of the worst I’ve come across. Endless hours on the phone to resolve small problems. Several days waiting for replies to emails. If you’re looking for CFD/Share trading find someone else.

    @eToroService I don't think sincere apologies make up for the losses that so many people have taken today due to etoro being down. This is happening to often and the worst part is we never get any explanation as to why it's happening. Coincidentally it happens on volatile days. 🤔🤔🤔🤔
