    @eToro @walayat_na61034 @stockperks I’ve spoken to your so called customer service team and they don’t give two *****. Dealing with you people is like dealing with the Mafia. It’s impossible to put into words how disgraceful and disrespectful you are. I question if your actions are legitimate. Absolute horrendous!

    Q2 numbers can look good while the underlying U.S. strategy remains weak. @eToro, buying @tradezero doesn’t solve the bigger problem: you need to understand the U.S. customer, the U.S. market, and U.S. compliance from the ground up. If your long-term strategy is built on acquisitions instead of understanding the market you’re trying to win, eventually the market will decide what your company is worth, and that number may be closer to zero than you think. You built your story around Bitcoin. Now show that you actually understand the principles behind it.

    @eToro @eToro thank you for the rapid response publicly… Case number: 11581092 I’m getting the code to my phone number but no email to reset the password so I can put the app on my new @Apple Air product… I unfortunately used the Apple login button and for some strange reason it did not work this time even with Face ID enabled… So Face ID on, Apple button used as login, I logged out and tried logging back in to put a new password to the app to make it easier to put on my laptop but no dice, ran through the online app to reset it via forgot password and got the code but no email with reset link…I’m not sure what went wrong but if you need more info I sent 2 pics in the case..I can send you the codes pic if it’s needed… Again thank you…

    @eToro @yoniassia I have converted from USD to GBP 3 times today and all 3 have been deducted from my account. Not converted. Normally it's instantly, it did warn me it may take 3 days. Is there a glitch? When will I get my money back?

    @eToroTeam What is wrong with etoro? they are not sending my money and i can't open a ticket even. What kind of service is this? I did not receive my last 2 withdrawals and nobody is there to assist

    @eToroTeam @eToroFr What the stupid customer human service you have - I have been awaiting live agent almost an hour via Assistance via chat - and the bot is saying the same - "Feel free to ask if there’s anything I can assist with while you continue to wait! " This craziness must end! If I want to wait for this is email customer service not live chat! It is totally unacceptable!

    @eToroTeam Assets taken of my account & customer service advised they need 8 weeks as timeframe to work on my complaint. What patience I would show for money stolen from my account and no one in eToro has clue where’s it ? Is this professional!!!????
