Mr. Cold (@Javier_Cold_) reported@eToroTeam 15 days now waiting for @eToro to "review" my documents to return MY money. 15 days where my money was generating interest for them and not for me. How often does this happen? How much money are you keeping from customers to make a full interest for you? It looks bad.

No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.
