It's been since 11th of Jan since I made a deposit and still can't use my money. Not to mention their support team is a totally useless bunch of idiots. Don't recommend etoro!

It happened by a trade closing after a request to move to my wallet. Instead what happened my trade closed and they refunded me. So I had to rebuy at another fee and a higher price.

Then after another wait you basically said "We can't help you, we've passed it on". I'd already got zero response via email so it kind of defeats the point.

The problem is the fact that the responses haven’t fixed my problem and eToro are still holding my money.
