@eToro Hey guys, I have been using your platform for just under 13 months. I have loads of positive things to say about your site. I have never had any withdrawal issues until now, I have made two withdrawals a few days back and they are ‘under review’. Not a good sign.

@eToroService It's ok, I just use a broker and a crypto exchange with much tighter spreads, no downtime, real execution times etc. Copy traders can't execute on time and are also affected by downtime so why copy? Give it up, your service is really bad.

@ALJVD1 @eToro That sucks! By refusing you access to your money, they're causing you to miss out on opportunities. That should be a high priority case with a strict SLA / deadline. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing that they're essentially robbing people who support their platform.

@Elsxn_ @eToro @eToroService I moved to TDAmeritrade and couldn't be happier. There are SIGNIFICANTLY fewer issues, and their customer service agents are actually helpful. I think UK has TDA. I also heard good things about fidelity, interactive brokers, etrade, tastyworks. Binance for crypto. Good luck!

@CriticsBest @eToroService Unfortunately, they cannot be trusted with your money. Please look into more reliable and trustworthy trading platforms ASAP. There are a lot of shady actions & tech glitches, and their customer support team will ignore you for weeks. Good luck!
