Just started with @eToro @eToroService 2 days ago. Being off so long strikes me as something major going on, like being hacked or losing track of who owns what in DB errors. Lack of communication is bad too. Simply saying "we are working on it" for 8 hours isn't good comms.

@eToroService @eToro If it is Microsoft problem, move to another cloud provider. If it is application & database design problem (more likely), hire an expert team to solve this problem, stop relying on the excuses given by your chief technical guys!
