Hey @eToroTeam , I have sent two payments to someone through your emoney app. They claim they've not received either, and I need to speak to someone to resolve the issue. How can I do that? Raising a vague ticket that won't get answered properly is not an adequate response.

@eToroTeam Hi etoro team, quick question. I’m a new customer here who’s made a withdraw request from your platform. When I check my bank account account I can see that a large portion of the money hasn’t been refunded back to me. Can someone please explain why this may be.

@eToroTeam Do you know you ask for a second verification process and say you will limit or close account with all money and the process shows error message, it won't allow to continue, and you don not have a direct way to solve this in time to avoid bigger problems?

@eToroTeam my Platinum Plus account has been unfairly flagged by etoro cs and as email received earlier today informed me it is to be closed in 5 days. I calculate I'll be losing about $10.000 soon. This is unfair and subject of complaint to FOS/ombudsman!

@eToroTeam That's the whole issue! @IDnowGmbH is not accepting my German Residence Permit, because it's stamped on my passport and not a plastic card. German government stamped passports instead of issuing plastic cards in mid of 2020, due to Covid Pandemic. So what can I do then?

I have seen some bad ads and none of them can even measure up to what ******** you're doing. But maybe that's the best you can do with a product of comparable quality..

@eToroTeam It's been 26 days since I withdrawed my money from etoro account, I only recived 1/5 of my withdraw, support says my withdraw is "lost" and they are searching for it, their support answer like every 3 business day only to ask useless things and delay it even more dont invest here
