    Why is it with exchanges when you want to transfer crypto, all of a sudden there are issues which take weeks to sort out then after that all of a sudden you need verification completed- shouldn't this of been done before money put into your exchange, before you buy crypto @eToro

    @eToro @walayat_na61034 @stockperks I’ve repeatedly asked them to contact me via a phone call due to medical reasons, they are well aware of these problems but still respond via email. I won’t repeat my issues on here but you can easily find out.

    @darrenjames007 @eToro I had issues with their dodgy mobile app - they actually had two apps at the time, and it was confusing. I did get my money back, and made bank on Nvidia stock, so not all bad. SORT YOUR WITHDRAWAL PROCESS OUT AND I'LL COME BACK.

    @eToro Has by far the worst customer service I think Ive ever dealt with. Complete all your security checks and 48h later they lock you out of your account requesting the same security checks. Try and speak to someone and you get an AI. Finally get a person and they offer 0 help.

    @eToroTeam @eToroFr What the stupid customer human service you have - I have been awaiting live agent almost an hour via Assistance via chat - and the bot is saying the same - "Feel free to ask if there’s anything I can assist with while you continue to wait! " This craziness must end! If I want to wait for this is email customer service not live chat! It is totally unacceptable!

    @Everton @eToro So poor this like! Honest it’s like they don’t want to even play in Europe, couple of players working thier socks off and the rest are already on holiday! Need to seriously invest in quality players in the summer.
