@eToroTeam @eToro Is support also closed? I received an email saying to be validated for a second time and if I don’t do it my account will be limited or closed. I’m following the steps (no problem) but always shows an error and no answer from your support team

@eToroTeam my Platinum Plus account has been unfairly flagged by etoro cs and as email received earlier today informed me it is to be closed in 5 days. I calculate I'll be losing about $10.000 soon. This is unfair and subject of complaint to FOS/ombudsman!

@eToroTeam @eToro It's been 27 days since I withdrawed my money from etoro account, I only recived 1/5 of my withdraw, support says my withdraw is "lost" and they are searching for it, their support answer like every 3 business day only to ask useless things and delay it even more dont invest here

@eToro_DACH @Merzmensch @eToro Are you proud? Are you proud for being 30 years behind the time? Don't be. Your ads should be a failure to you. I have seen some bad ads and none of them can even measure up to what ******** you're doing. But maybe that's the best you can do with a product of comparable quality..

Really awful service -- once again -- from @eToroTeam @eToro . Have sent LTC to a completely different address to the one I input, twice, and refuse to do anything. Also one of a growing number of awful companies who don't let you talk to anyone to resolve.

@eToro They're all ****.. Subscriptions will dramatically fall as people get their lives back and realise their bank accounts are being plundered for something they're no longer using.. Plus prices have been rising, so shame the quality of programming hasn't.

@eToroTeam That's the whole issue! @IDnowGmbH is not accepting my German Residence Permit, because it's stamped on my passport and not a plastic card. German government stamped passports instead of issuing plastic cards in mid of 2020, due to Covid Pandemic. So what can I do then?
