@eToroService Your offline trader is shite and hard to understand and I bet many novice traders will make huge mistakes! Customers of ETORO dont let them sweep these outages under the carpet like they usually do Management need to ACCOUNTABLE. Listen to your customer base for a change ETORO!

@eToro being a dev myself, no already running productive system takes 16h+ bugfixing time. I'd have lost my job if I took so long to fix something while on call-duty! If you applied an Update, just roll it back!

@eToroService even if everyone is furious for technical issues that kept the platform down for more than 14h, i beleive the worst is that there are no updates or a given time frame to sort it out. its not acceptable to have such bad customer service!

@eToroService NOT EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FORM ON THEYR WEBSITE IS WORKING. I'VE TRIED IT TO SEND AN EMAIL TO THEM AND OPEN A TICKET AS GUEST AND EVEN THEIR IT IS STATING PLEASE LOGIN TO SEND. THAT'S ALSO A SOLUTION TO GET RID OF USERS.

@eToroService @eToro eToro what on earth is going on? The site has been down for more than 12 hours now!!! Many missed opportunities and this doesn't bode well for relatively new users such as myself, in learning how poorly the platform can handle increased traffic in a time of market frenzy!
