    @DOTA2 I detected a change in dazzle: now Octarine Core doesnt reduce time with bad juju. Is it ok or a problem? E.g. Before Shallow grave was cooldown for 5.5 (same duration time) if you had Octarine Core and Spell Prism and now it is 9 seconds without difference by objects

    @scissor_bitch_ @WagaGaming @DOTA2 Coding errors that directly affect gameplay and have the vast majority of the player base experiencing them isn’t ‘relying’ on them. Whether or not you want it to happen, it happens. There is no reason for something so large to be undocumented by developers
