    @DOTA2 I only play turbo and I paid for 1 year dota plus. The reason i bought it was purely for the relics. They have been broken since the start of TI battlepass. Where can I contact customer support? Anyone know? I haven't got a response even though I've tried so many places!

    @DOTA2 Can you now fix your matchmaking algo? Took us less than a week to figure it and we’re getting almost free mmr all the time. Maybe use some skill/stats based MM instead of just the retarded 40-40-20 approach? Thx.

    @uNoNeedToKnowMi @teamsecret @DOTA2 They banned those account with a”trap” to be sure of what they were doing, and fixed and patched the problem. They can still play dota? Yes. With the same account? No. Will they be able to cheat again? No. (Or not anytime soon, dota client is pretty safe though)

    @valvesoftware @DOTA2 so 7 games, you team me up with absolute noobs who can't play and put us against smurfs. Your matchmaking is broken beyond measure. You should fix it before players stop playing Dota 2 like I did. It's disappointing. I have deleted the game @Steam

    @DOTA2 Big problem with smurf accounts, it's impossible to have a decent game, after 12 years of playing. It seems to me a real garbage that accounts with 500 games are allowed to play against me.

    @DOTA2 Please fix the matchmaking so it takes into account how long you have played the game. I am tired of being put into games with people who dont know how to play. people like me who have played for 10 years should not be put into the same match Its not fair for both parties
