@NEACETWEETS The problem is too many High elo player are smurfing likeee crazy .. look at @DOTA2 for examples .. idk what the count of high mmr players is compared to League but in DotA you get a game in ranked for less than 3~5 min… Smurfing Should not be tolerated at all. Bad 4 the game.
