Abhishek Barari (@AbhishekBarari) reported@DOTA2 the most important change in UI that Dota needs is to remove passives from Hotkey Setup. That would fix 90% of the Hotkey issues. Passives should be moved to the right and should not require an assigned hotkey.

MistaDabzMcGee (@deadheaddabz) reported@IceFrog @DOTA2 There should be a server auto save feature for DPC games. That way if there is issues that call for remake you can load up the saved pause file and resume. Would save a lot of time in delays due to player or server side bugs/problems.
