    Dear @valvesoftware @DOTA2 I'm honestly feeling bad for the community people cause i know I'm not the only one who wants this to change.. I've been playing dota for 5 years now. and i absolutely love the game but this banning system needs to change for the better. Please fix this

    Dear @valvesoftware @DOTA2 It's my humble request to you guys please fix your banning system in dota, I've sent out mails to you and I'm sure I'm not the only one with this concern. When someone gets disconnected from the game doesn't mean he is intentionally leaving the game

    Dear @valvesoftware @DOTA2 I've received a 24hr ban from playing dota cause i got disconnected due to power cut issues/ internet problems at my place.. and now I can't play for 1 whole day? I was already in low priority pool due to toxic people resuming on others and now this
