@HardwareUnboxed from valve update note, it says fsr will work with dx11 and vulkan and seeing that the dx9 api runs fine, maybe it has something to do with bad implementation of fsr, anyway pls fix @DOTA2

@JJLiebig @DOTA2 btw it does work on macOS as well, although macOS DOTA with Vulkan has other issues (forced vsync, frequent random stutters) that make the playing experience untenable. If those were resolved, it would be a fantastic improvement on macOS
