    Fun fact #143: Disney first began developing an animated film about the world of video game characters in the 1980s. At that time the project was called "High Score" and in the 1990s was titled "Joe Jump." In the 2000s, when the movie was finally pushed forward, the first two months of story development focused on Fix-It Felix Jr. as the main character.

    breaking this down for the creatives in the back: in 2019 disney swallowed fox. today the DOJ cleared paramount to swallow warner bros with ZERO conditions. we're now down to 4 major studios. fewer buyers for your work, fewer jobs, less leverage to negotiate. this isn't 'storytelling.' it's consolidation.

    @Cavinumab KH1 felt better cause there was this eerily strange feeling of not knowing where you are and being as confused as sora, in cartoonish worlds, with a feeling of nostalgia for the character having lost his homeland, and for the player's own childhood, like it actually was interesting to play through, you discover the world at the same time as the character. KH2 simulated this through the prologue and introduced an entirely new lore the rest of the game expanded on. KH3 got nothing of that, no pressure building, nothing, you already know the villain, you already know that everyone's gonna come back for a new fights, the story has no stakes, characters feel bland, their faces are inexpressives, the unreal engine graphics makes it feel like a glorified fanart remake, disney world are big but empty as well there's litteraly nothing to do in them, just you're just like "ok a new world, what else ? what's the point" ? kh3 has no meaning. litteraly the problem, in terms of game design it is 20 years old, and the idea of going from world to world is kinda **** too now, has no impact, it's just an old game;

    Maybe Disney Adults™ are just emotionally immature humans who frequently feel the need to live outside of their means in a desperate attempt to feel an ounce of happiness & acceptance instead of tackling the root problem inside of them. Maybe. Idk. Just theorizing!

    The Justice Department cleared the Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery merger, CNBC reported, citing a person familiar with the matter. The antitrust risk just gave way to the harder problem: one legacy studio trying to scale against Netflix, Disney, and YouTube without gutting itself first.

    Most of this is interesting but I still think some of his decisions were costly. If he played it safe & not want Billie, I don’t think he would be in this mess. Yes lose Disney but it’s the right thing for the show. Generating content is one the show biggest issues to overcome.

    Bro it wasn't your fault they made a ****** movie. But Dave is a hack and his grandplan will be failure for a multitude of choices hes made up to that moment and including that moment. Star Wars isn't Lord of the Rings and Ahsoka should be dead. The only grandplan that will work is a complete reset and disregarding of disney star wars.

    Recently re-watched “X-Files: I Want to Believe” and it’s still just as horrible as the last time I saw it. What the hell was Chris Carter thinking?!?!? I would say this probably the worst of @thexfiles , but I’m certain the new @Disney reboot will be far worse.

    @FoilingMothra @georgegalloway Now the part that will annoy everyone: he still gets the nomination. Not because he's good — because the shelf is empty. Walk the warehouse. Vance is unsellable: a Peter Thiel candidate with Palantir on the label and the evangelical Disney World account attached to this administration getting heavier every month, no mechanism for getting lighter. You cannot move a Thiel product at retail, and the buyers feel it even when they can't say it. That lane expires on its own. There's nobody else in the building, and nominations, like everything in retail, eventually go to the last inventory in the warehouse. A body in a lane. And the general doesn't require a forecast, because it's already on tape. The Newsom–DeSantis debate happened years ago, and anyone who watched it knows: Newsom slapped him around the stage for the duration, and the clip that matters is the border one — Newsom reminding the room which of the two men actually governs a border state. If immigration is still the issue, and it will be, that clip runs on a loop from Labor Day to November. You don't predict this matchup. You stream it. Pencil Newsom in — and if the VP slot actually goes to Candace, switch to ink and put the pen away. The century's pattern says the same thing from the other direction. Walk the tickets: the century opens with an evangelical-picked ticket. Then a freshman senator. Then a landlord pretending to be a reality-TV host slash casino owner. And 2020 already showed what the electorate does after a run of fresh faces — it reached for the oldest, most familiar object in the store. The country is not in condition to gamble on podcasters and talk-show hosts, and it knows it. The next pick is a big-state governor on a serious ticket, because the condition of the patient writes the prescription — and there are about two states that qualify, and one of their governors is already on the tape, winning. Which leaves the only move the kitchen actually cares about. "Can govern," in this condition, means one thing: FDR. Whoever wins will have to govern like one, voluntarily or otherwise, because the arithmetic permits nothing else — and governing like an FDR in 2029 means one job before all the others: **** all over the landlords and the car dealers. Big tech follows; big tech is downstream and always was. The main thing is the rent roll, the dealerships, the towers, the parcels — the catalog. Whichever party figures that out first owns the next twenty years, and neither has filed. The platform's sitting on a card with a sports broadcaster's name on it. Day 104. Day 44. Still closed. He took a government back from a landlord and never noticed; the debate already happened and the country just hasn't watched it yet. Some preview. ذكية، كاملة. هوشمند، کامل. 落地
