JinniuLong GS【VRiot】(DEBUT 2026) (@JinniuLong) reported@discord_support @discord I can't say silent about this, but this has never happened in my entire decade time I've been on discord, and it's also affecting other discord users as well. This year and late last year for whatever reason, your AI moderation has falsely flagged me for something that I have NEVER DONE before, TWICE, and this is the THIRD time now that it has happened, and there was no evidence shown on what I violated. Those previous falsely violations appeals were approved and they were removed, but I tried to appeal this one, got rejected after several days, even though it's the same violation and issue, NO EVIDENCE in the violation. Can someone human on discord help me with this, cause everyone I'm trying to get in contact with is all been automated bot replies.

Support page is atrocious, a relation who is a Nitro Subscriber had the same issue but got no help. A colleague then advised he reach out to @Robbfixx And the guy was able to get the issue rectified for him

Super Chaz (@super_chaz07) reported@lilymetaX @discord_support @discord I am having the same issue. I got striked for being in a server that did fraud. I didn’t participate in any of that sort of malicious activity. I even reported it and other people did, but I also get hit in the crossfire by discord and get my account set to limited for a whole year. I do an appeal and Clyde also comes back to me with that message. It’s unbelievable how support can be this useless, especially to users that have been on the platform for over 9 years. I haven’t even committed a violation throughout my 9 years on discord. And this is the treatment I get back from them.
