I had this exact issue and was able to troubleshoot it in like 20 minutes.

I haven’t had vacation in 6 years, and i don’t beg people for money for pointless BS when I’m on a limited budget, you have a lot of growing up to do vex, but 1st you need a cold slap of reality and 1 can only you get it very ******* soon.

Ali Mackinnon (@mystikpahndah) reported@Greekwario @discord I’ve had this issue recently with FF14 and having DC overlay turned on. I turn it off and my random stuttering stops completely. Running a 4070ti S. Disable overlay and performance improves a bunch.
