@CRYPTIIDCRUXX @discord i dont think you understand how the qr code login works the victim has to actually scan the code so its not really "bypassing" its a pretty useful system, instead of having to type in an email and password, then opening authy and typing the 2fa code i can just scan it and be done

@kamikaze_umi @CRYPTIIDCRUXX @discord i am doing something productive teaching people that there isnt a security issue with discord having a qr code login havnt people been taught to always be cautious of scanning any codes? 9/10 times the victim is at fault, but discord should still have better session management

Developers who worked with discord SPECIFICALLY told discord that having a QR code isn't a great idea due to bypassing

@CaptainBlitz_ @discord Hey there! The first guy from the support mail never came back to me and I had to send like 4 more emails over the span of 3 hours till I got an answer from a different support guy. After like 2-3 messages back and forth he forwarded the issue to the internal team (1/2)
