    Sorry to the usuals I'm making one the these posts, just irritated af xD @discord & @discord_support , 3 months ago my Discord and Google account were stolen from a file that was sent through your app from a friend whom also was hacked (this friend as well as many other friends and people are goin through this same **** rn). I tried to reach out to you guys initially on a separate discord support account because my original one was lost as well, after quite a bit of back n' forth I was told that there's nothing I can do to recover my account if it wasnt from my original account email. So I worked on getting my Google account back and though it took over a month I DID get my Google recovered. When I tried to login to my discord, it told me it was invalid, when I tried to reset my password, it told me my email didn't exsist. So I again tried to reach out to you guys on the correct email this time. I noticed immediately the hacker actually tried to use my correct discord support account to try to "recover" my discord and had failed, so I closed the ticket and started a new one. I stated everything that happened in the new ticket including referenceing my previous ticket from the alternate account as directed by Waterloo. My ticket was answered by your bot Nelly and told me it was being escalated, and then it was answered by a Reggie B. and was being escalated again neither offering any support. Fast forward a month and skip a few check-ins by me to see what the ticket status was I got another message from Clyde asking if I still needed help, I replied Yes. It has since been over another month since that reply and several one sided check-ins from me. A day ago I started a new ticket since the last wasn't goin anywhere and added more info that was in the last ticket as well as a complaint about your previous support. My ticket was escalated by Nelly once more, I thanked the bot, one day later I get an email to rate your support. You had closed my new ticket without a single response... I don't know what the hell is goin on with your support team but y'all seriously need to step up your game. I have been using discord since 2016 and been a yearly Nitro user since 2016 as well, not to mention the profile decors I bought and fundraisers I participated in. I spent over a $1000 on my discord account and you guys aren't ******* helping me recover it??? And further yet I'm being purposefully ignored. I'm making this in hopes maybe you'll hear my cries and help me, but also as a bit of a warning to people using your app as well as ones that are considering it. You're already on fire for other stuff as well but just wanted to add this to the list. One, be careful, even with friends, of what you click on. Double check, triple check, get them in a call and make sure its them, ask them through another app if you have it, stay up to date on the current scams goin around on Discord as much as possible. Two, Discord isn't goin to help you :) Sorry for the rant post, I wish you all the best and I'll try taking more photos for normal posts again soon x3 <3

    @discord_support I have been marked as spam now 3 times recently for just trying to make new friends and use the platform as intended, I have been kept from messaging my friends due to no fault of my own, and every time I submit a review request it’s denied. PLEASE HELP @discord
