@BlizzardCS Had to recover my twitter account just to tell you guys that - I'm not getting the value of what I paid for this game. On intervals server has been going down for days. Not a problem if you'll shut it down for a complete day or two, we'll all appreciate the permanent fix.

  • JSH33113186 JSH (@JSH33113186) reported

@dicescLive @BlizzardCS If they sold something that didn't work normally, it should be criticized. They received the money, and the problem has already lasted for three weeks. Do we have to compliment them in this situation?

  • DKsmash42 David Kelley (@DKsmash42) reported

@BlizzardCS Glad I figured out I’m connected to the internet so it’s not my problem. Lol

  • moojor Moojor (@moojor) reported

@BlizzardCS it's not the crashes that are the main issue. It's the rollback. Losing hours and days of xp and gear is a killer

  • BartukGaming Bartuk Gaming (@BartukGaming) reported

@BlizzardCS this isnt a login issue, come on. tell us something real

  • TSVStriFe Marcel A. Niemans (@TSVStriFe) reported

@BlizzardCS @Diablo Again apologies doesn't give us a working product also again I know the guy who does the twitter account isn't accountable for what happened, but come on do better then just your standard our apologies it is getting a bit stale and it is not an instant fix for your community.

  • MaikP5 MaikP5 (@MaikP5) reported

@BlizzardCS It's time to start offering refunds, the game was sold as being playable online but hasn't been working properly in 3 days. There has been zero communication as to what the issue is or if it will be fixed in the near future, yet you've got no problem keeping our money.

  • Adam37654717 CanadianFreedomFighter (@Adam37654717) reported

@BlizzardCS ITS STILL DOWN?! WTF it's world of Warcraft all over again. I don't buy games to stare at login screens

  • Kiloinnorcal BK 🐍 (@Kiloinnorcal) reported

@BlizzardCS Truly unacceptable. This has been a major issue for 3 weeks.

  • M_Cauley1 Michael Cauley (@M_Cauley1) reported

@BlizzardCS I would honestly consider keeping them down until the issue is resolved permanently. Bringing them up for a half a day is killing the fan base and soon no one will be playing. Take the time and fix it...

  • jayCJL0tD6gUDCq 张郅颖 (@jayCJL0tD6gUDCq) reported

@BlizzardCS I am wondering what is your SLA in term of service availability? 99.99% is a common industrial standard which means your service is only allowed to be down for no more than 53 min on yearly basis.

  • SnorlaxWokeUp WokeUpSnorlax (@SnorlaxWokeUp) reported

Hey @NintendoAmerica, @BlizzardCS seems to think that they can **** over the people who bought #D2R by not providing enough server space for weekend demand and waiting for the hype to die down so the problem will fix itself. Really taking away from my enjoyment of the Switch

  • Spencerberg88 Spencer berg (@Spencerberg88) reported

@BlizzardCS Yesterday. "login issues have been resolved" today.....

  • NightxBlaze Pedro (@NightxBlaze) reported

@BlizzardCS should compensate for the time loss, increase item drops by 2% for the same amount of time it took to fix? lol

  • SnorlaxWokeUp WokeUpSnorlax (@SnorlaxWokeUp) reported

@BlizzardCS You're really just going to continue to cheap out on servers and hope the demand trickles off aren't you. "The problem will solve itself once the hype is gone" seems like something the corporate Blizzard team would come up with bc they do not respect their audience
