Major props to @Apple Store Watford. Went in with an issue with my AirPods, turns out it’s a known issue with this model, I was out of there with a new pair free of charge within about 10 mins. Thank you! @AppleSupport

@the_echel0n_ @techstarsrk I think the motherboard is the problem. I mean, yeah, the X does get warm but when is that high it ain't normal at all. He has to go to an Apple store and get that checked ASAP.

Why? Because if you hit enter on that command, most likely it won't work due to Apple Store WiFi blocking the DNS request. This is an easy fix. Either use IP address or turn mobile hotspot on your phone. Connect to it on the Mac. Hit ctrl+C, up arrow, enter. Now it'll work.

Well, cracked screen and dented case on the phone... so it looks like a fun trip to the Apple store today. Last version of the iPhone was camera issues... this one was, even with a good case, couldn't take the impact. Thank goodness for AppleCare I guess.
