Apparently pandemics mean you can say, “Screw it!” to customer support. Don’t get lost in the mall trying to find the Apple Store because you might be 11 minutes late to your appointment (ie up a creek without a paddle). No one cares, no one wants to fix it. @AppleSupport

@zer0U_ Thank you for your kindness. The tickets are sold at Apple store? The Tving website repeatedly had me visit Apple store but I ended up being told “you can’t buy it in your country...” I am using VPN to access Tving website, so the only problem is the ticket? Maybe?

@ihab Same happened to my 2017 MacBook Pro, jammed keyboard and stage light issue. Took it in to the Apple Store in MOE in 2019 and they replaced basically the whole thing for free; screen, motherboard, keyboard etc. so basically it was a new machine.

In an Apple store trying to fix my phone and they is not a single original Apple products in Nigeria. All just a fake, infiltrated market where they sell you trash and when you leave to an authentic store, they know it’s fake. How y’all charge so much is even more annoying

@InannaBorn What I mean is, since it was the first time I had any problems, the Apple store fixed it for free. I do not know if yours is secondhand or some kind of warranty may have been included if you bought directly from Apple. They were better than most repair shops are though.

@ahmedsalims You will get an Apple Store receipt on your email. Click on the Report a Problem button, login and request a refund. Most times, it works and you get your money back in 5-7 days.

@jdawsey1 I had a third party battery in mine. It melted the motherboard. I took the hard drive to the apple store and they transferred everything to my new one. There may also be a warranty issue. Get your serial number and check online.

If you think you have cell phone insurance with AT&T think again,,, you have. Insurance with some company that won’t pay... had problem with iPhone after three day ended in Apple Store $500 later replacement phone but no coverage by scum bag company
