@BrandonButch The problem with the beta updates, if your phone needs repaired the Apple Store cannot do it without resetting ur phone completely, so do not do beta programs if you have to do repairs on ur phone often. I had to have mine reset a few times now bc of that,

Went to the Apple Store and they tried to charge me 500 to fix it. Getting a brand new phone through my insurance is only 250. I bet you can’t guess which option I chose

@marcorandazza Not an Apple guy here but if it were me, I'd replace the keyboard. I am a tech. Yes, it's a macbook, KB's aren't hard to replace. But, I also wouldn't hire a lawyer to fix electronic devices. Prolly a good move to take it to an Apple store for service.

@wssounddesign Damn. That's bad. Idk Tone! I do remember that whatever problem I used to have with the Ipad, the solution was to soft reset it. Otherwise, go at an Apple store. They should give you a new one from what I know.

Reminds me of the time I forgot my laptop charger at my parents’ house (we lived on diff islands at the time) and I was like, “watevs, I’ll just drive down to the Apple Store to buy a new one”. And that’s how I found out there’s only one Apple Store in the entire state (2/3)

@kudahelp_ng I think all customers should rate Kuda app down on Playstore and Apple Store. They have held on to our money and they are not going to pay. They should also lose their app on all channels with 80% negative rating and reviews.
