    I’m here at an Apple Store at the Genius Bar table where customers sit awaiting for a tech to come and solve the customers problem. Steve Jobs literally created a product that has every single walk of life at this table in a temporary space of unity. God bless that man💯

    @UTDAhmard @Suzzy0310 I disagree, my 16 pro max last me for a whole day, also my second phone, 15 pro battery is excellent too, don’t buy gadget from computer village, enter the Apple Store in ikeja and get your gadgets you’ll have zero issue, 90% of phones in computer village are refurbished

    @MtSilvr @KirscheVerstahl I love the apple store. One day, you walk in and say you want an orange. You like oranges better. The store owner says, "everyone must want oranges," and starts selling oranges. Now, no one shows up to the apple store, and it goes out of business. This is the problem.

    @yonann Lost me at "Perception of Customer Support" Have a problem, go to Apple store and they handle it. W/ Apple Care no issues. PC, who do I go to? Best buy, where they upsell/run-around try to sell x. Time is your most valuable asset! *Cough

    I have at least one theory concerning that, and it all boils down to passing the buck. The companies insuring these lootboxes for Nvidia will likely insist upon installing some sort of odious security measures in the hardware. Much like the store model iPhones at the Apple store.

    back in 2023 I took it to a different Apple Store and my laptop was in worse condition (it was broken) but they repaired it so quickly. But this Apple Store was so terrible. all but one of the workers actually cared from the beginning when I spoke to them.

    @CloudAce137 Idk it just refused to charge It’s not a cord issue either bc I have 2 phones and the other phone was charging just fine Had to go to the Apple Store and it wouldn’t charge there either They had to use a wireless charger and then it was working fine

    @Aina_Ai2 Thank you for this. My iPhone 15 pro max started heating when summer started. 6 months of misery like you describe. I went to our Apple Store and asked if the 17 pro would eliminate this heating problem, I was told “it should, Apple put a cooling chamber in it” ; I asked if they could guarantee the 17 pro would stay cool and was told “no, we can’t do that “. The store gives us only 14 days to return the product if there are problems. My 17 pro with the “cooling chamber “ has the same heating problem my 15 Pro Max had (heating and screen going black). I missed taking a lot of photos and videos of nephews and nieces playing junior baseball because of this heating problem.
