@UBAGroup I have 3 UBA mobile banking apps that I downloaded from Apple store and all 3 are useless. Takes long to log in and even longer to make transactions. It’s either your apps are the problem or it is @MTNNG equally useless 4G network. All of you are not trying.

@kinodraws I HAVE THIS PROBLEM. Not sure how to fix it, but they told me something worrying, when I went to the Apple store that it might be the pencil itself. I haven't tested this theory yet.

@AppleSupport Thanks for the reply. The issue is that the screen protectors for 13 pro max are sold out meantime. If I buy another brand of screen protector can it be fitted in the Apple store with the special machine, or is the machine only for Belkin screen protectors? Thanks

(1/x) We were in the Apple store getting my wife's phone looked at. One of the secondary issues was her apple case coming off and scratching her phone. "we recommend buying an OtterBox if you want protection, apple cases are just for style..."

@thegeorgeyoung Yea since you just can’t walk in there anymore and tell them your problem which is dumb smh, but you can do it from the Apple store app usually can get a appointment day of or the next day

@efthaliamoon lol no worries! with it acting like this i would reset it to factory settings (so wipe it completely) and if it still doesn’t work then take it directly to an apple store. you should be able to make a genius bar appointment for this issue. i’m sorry i can’t be of more help!

any time I’ve ever had a problem with an apple product. i can call apple or go to the apple store. they have free classes on music production w/ Logic at apple. i can come in and demo products. I can go in and trade in stuff/upgrade. where tf is the PC store? never seen one.

Took it into the Apple store for diagnostic checks. Apparently the culprit was an issue with the multi touch screen, it was f*&cked. Glad the phone is still under warranty!!

@urielwife MY APPLE STORE WAS BEING WEIRD IT KEPT ASKING FOR VERIFICATION AND I HEARD U NEEDED TO REMOVE UR PAYMENT METHOD TO FIX THAT AND IN ORDER TO REMOVE MY PAYMENT METHOD I HAD TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM EVERYTHING NOW I CANT LISTEN TO MUSIC 😭😭

my 2 months old iphone's ear speaker isn't working anymore so i went to the apple store yesterday and after 5 ******* hours of trying to fix it they told me they couldn't fix it and they didn't even offer to change it with a working one.
