During this #covid pandemic, Albany Crossgates Mall Verizon is only taking appointments, & #Verizon will only take calls Mon - Fri during business hrs It's shocking that their store is trying to punt my insured issue to an @Apple store which will charge me full price to repair

@VZWSupport I've finally gotten in touch with someone that has sorted this issue out with Verizon. After days of dealing with this, the Verizon insurance Asurion covers the charge of fixing the phone at the Apple Store Then Verizon will replace the phone
