@buddingeek The issue is with one purchase from the Apple store only— they can’t figure out why it won’t work . The purchase is the only reason I set up the Apple Card, of course.

  • gank41 Jeff (@gank41) reported from Joliet, Illinois

@davemark Not to say that I haven’t had good fortune leaving an Apple store from a problem. The folks I’ve worked with at this one store specifically tend to all seem overworked. Almost disinterested in trying to Fix the problem. Easier for them to give me a new device. Send me on my way.

  • MichaelBalicki T. Michael Balicki (@MichaelBalicki) reported from Catalina Foothills, Arizona

Just left the Apple store. After sharing issues with my keyboard & battery they ran a diagnostics test and came to the resolution that a new battery, keyboard, and front screen needs to be replaced.. at the cost of $0 🤯🤩

  • WritingByMatt Matt Hunt (@WritingByMatt) reported from Khlong San, Bangkok

@Apple @AppleSupport in the store now to pick it up & management doesn’t believe that Apple told me the only way to escalate the issue would be to send a letter in the mail. I need you to confirm say that your highest level of support is only accessible via post, as I was told

  • danallen46 Dan Allen (@danallen46) reported from Ammon, Idaho

I just read all of the reviews on the Apple Store for headphones: Bose, Beats, AirPods Pro - and they all have massive problems. To summarize, Bluetooth anything is abysmal, even $500 B&Os drop out all the time. Wired is the way to go.

  • jazzzyyjayyy brownsuga 🍭 (@jazzzyyjayyy) reported from Atlanta, Georgia

You can replace your broken headphones or charger for FREE if you bring it to an Apple store. RT to save a life 🥴

  • akoz33 Andrzej Kozlowski (@akoz33) reported from Warsaw, Województwo Mazowieckie

@ClaireBerlinski Create brand a new user and login as that new user. Now see if the problem is still there. If yes, it’s virtually certain to be a hardware problem and you need to take your computer to a service centre (Apple Store if you are best one).

  • BrianBinette Brian Binette (@BrianBinette) reported from Metairie, Louisiana

(2/3) She said if I could go to an @Apple store they would confirm it is not working and give me a new Apple 3 42mm watch. I tell Chloe we do not have one in Columbia but one is in New Orleans where I am heading into days. She confirmed they have them in stock and set an appt.

  • JackWilliamRtF jwr: bad idea machine (@JackWilliamRtF) reported from Chicago, Illinois

@PhilanthropyGal If you bring it into the Apple store they will replace it for free (it’s covered by Apple bc its a widespread problem)

  • cardeo Matt Lambert (@cardeo) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

The service at the Oakridge Apple store is the worst. Slow, nobody cares, people going through the motions, won’t be back
