    @barcal899 @ViscaBusquets Today I was at the Apple Store when I saw that a lot of phones were broken. When I looked around I saw none other than Pristiano Penaldo smashing all the phones. He said he was mad because he ghosted vs a relegation team. Shame on you Penaldo!

    @apt @CEWaffles Nothing that I ever bonded with HomeKit. I think 10 min on that loading screen is enough to give up. Guys at the Apple store shrugged their shoulders at the problem, so if another factory reset doesn't solve the case I'm saying NO to the incoming gadget.

    I’ll never use @TMobile… the way the representatives in the Pentagon City store are treating this legally blind customer and sent him to the apple store for an issue they know they could’ve fixed but apple couldn’t… Terrible customer service.

    @suisei_virus If this doesn't work, consider taking it to your nearest Apple store and let the employees do the grunt work. They'll fix it, I'm sure.

    I think it’s very cool that for $50 I could use the same gear that Apple employees use to fix my phone. I don’t think it’s very cool that doing so requires someone to drive (or fly?) incredibly heavy/bulky boxes around. Maybe just give each Apple Store a set to rent out?
