@LikkitP Try holding down the power button to turn the thing off (break the loop), then see if you can get into safe mode. If not… then Apple Store. And then you get into “how much are you willing to pay to fix it” territory. 😕

@Moshe23440563 I actually just came back from the Apple Store. They said that the issue is in the screen, but they didn't have one in the store. So they are ordering one and it should arrive, in less then a week. Then I have to take my MacBook back, and it will be about another week.

@ggreenwald I wonder if a Black man who broke into an Apple store & stole 15K worth of equipment would have been found guilty & put in jail instead of being able to plead down the felonies for 750hrs of community service instead? Any thoughts on that Rex? #RexMacman

After arriving in UK, the first thing I did today was to go to the #Apple store “Regent Street” to buy the new iPhone13Max & the staff let me down because it’s not available until next month! I did not expect that I would have to use an #Android devices..Bye Apple💔 @AppleSupport

Hi @Apple My iPhone has an issue with the touchscreen. There is a replacement program. After one hour in an Apple Store, the hardware test also failed, but then…it doesn't cover because it's expired. This has been my worst heartbreak ever 💔 A loyal customer since 2005 sad 😭
