i just read something for scanning something on your phone that said “please be sure your screen is clean and crack free”? ya sure thing chief i’ll just skip down to the apple store and pay $200 to fix my screen JUST so i can scan something that i can do by hand

@LadyBergamotx do you have applecare/live near an apple store? if so the best solution is to bring it in and have apple fix it so you don’t void your warranty.

2/ And given the exchange was done in store, @AppleSupport can’t issue a Trade-In Kit for the 11 as there’s no Web Order! Nearest @Apple store is closed due to Covid. Suggested solution is drive hrs to a different store!! #fail #badcustomerservice

Apple car production will lead to: • Servicing at Xmas as people avoid finding a park by driving to the Apple store • Charging the car twice a day because you listened to the radio • Cars slowing down when a new one is released. 20km/h on the freeway. Apple denying anything.

@CBCNews Will have it’s own style charger. Can only be an Apple store genius. Can’t fix screen without voiding warranty. Will need Apple password to get into the car. Wheels won’t work unless you upgrade to new iOS.

@Marinutto It was only banned on the phone app, but was still available on website. And they gave me the option to edit it out and then they could put it on the app again. So it's not Tapas's fault, it'sthe Apple Store that's the issue

@AppleSupport During my chat the issue was not solved rather I was asked to contact my financial institutions, the point is there is no problem at their end, I can use the card in Play Store so what is wrong with Apple Store? 1/2
