@Namecheap I just recommend that if you say "Priority Support" in "Stellar Business" must fulfill it, and also have "experts" in Hosting Support to help the customers, instead of they telling us to restore a full cPanel backup for just 1 addon domain.

@nixcraft @Namecheap Namecheap support has been awful in my experience. I've managed 10-15 domains in there for the past 4 years and whilst its easy to setup and intuitive to configure, support wise its a struggle. Particularly with SSL cert reissuing

@Namecheap I was charged for two subscriptions. I contacted support for a refund on one of the two. Their response was I used both, even though both had the same login credentials. Please fix this!
