@fitbit is just straight up ending my free trial 2 weeks early I guess because I still didn't get my Christmas present. PSA: you can't surprise the gifted bc they have to give you the login or it wants all your personal weight height etc. And sub starts the day you order!

@fitbit Not 3rd time lucky - bought Versa 4 on 08 Oct I’ve had it on my wrist for 11 nights (sleep stats) the rest of the time the 3 watches I’ve been through have been awaiting dispatch or stuck in transit - each time same problem - flashing logo and red cross- I want a refund

@fitbit Seems like @fitbit is ignoring the issue with Android 13 and syncing. Paperweights at this point. Almost 700 replies on their community forum and no resolution or response about the issue. What happened to the developers? Marketing seems on point though!

@FitbitSupport my Charge 3 - a worthy companion for over 2 years - is starting to die already. The screen is unreadable most of the time and even when it is it’s very dark on the edges. Is there anything that I can do to fix it? I thought I’d get more than 2 years out of it 😭😭

@FitbitSupport @FitbitIN Very poor service by Fitbit, the Versa 2 watch stopped working due to some known bugs in the watch but being told that its not covered. The best part, I am being told to consider buying a new Fitbit. Will never recommend buying Fitbit products.

@Dan_Wyke @fitbit fitbit didn't even add a way to turn the Charge 4 off (without running down the battery), so I'm not expecting too much at all from them anymore. I also couldn't turn off a few things that were problematic (it would congratulate me when having a flare up, due to higher HR).

@fitbit failed again - bought Versa 4 on 08 Oct - replaced 18 Oct didn’t arrive until 02 Nov sent back Dec 7th - just want my money back - three watches in 2.5 months and only on my wrist for 3 weeks - same problem each time - Fitbit blame everything other than their product

@FitbitSupport Good afternoon. I purchased a Fitbit Surge 2 in September 2022. It will no longer charge. I tried the reset shutting it down and restarted, cleaned charging points, and even purchased a new charger to resolve the problem. It will not charge. Warranty return steps?

Perhaps it's time to start reporting @fitbit to a business bureau? The product doesn't work with certain phones, they are aware, no fix is forthcoming, and they won't refund if you purchased more than 45 days ago.
