@Bitstamp @BitstampSupport My support ticket is "BIT-1413395" today you ask me about withdraw but I dont know where to write it. So here is my answer about withdraw - main reason why I withdraw (before or will in the future): you dont offer leverage trading so I send it to other crypto exchanges.

@Goodlookingjedi Funny, I don’t see Binance, FTX, Coinbase, kucoin, OKex, bitfinex, huobi, kraken, bitstamp, gemini, blockfi, bitrue going down and locking up peoples crypto. I think they’re going through the same market. And to be clear, it wasn’t FUD - Celsius had problems.

@BitstampSupport Thanks for your reply. Please refer to the screen shot I originally attached. It shows I am already logged into the trustee's website. The problem is the trustee only excepts an 8 digit Bitstamp username. As my Bitstamp username "only" has 6 digits, it is not accepted 👎

The support of @Bitstamp is the absolute worst, it’s been a month since I have been trying to regain access to my account… still nothing. The average response time is about 3-4 days, absolutely ridiculous.

@WFA_Archive @Oliver_LaRosa Bitstamp charges 3.00 EUR fix for EUR SEPA withdrawal and little fix amounts of crypto withdrawals (eg. 0.02 XRP). Percentage fees result in a much higher amount.

@BitstampSupport - Pretty poor service once again, tried to make a Crypto Withdrawal only to get blocked told to call support who say they don't know why it's been blocked need to escalate. I guess I'm going to be waiting days once again for Bitstamp to get their act together.
