    @VodafoneAU very disappointed with next to no service from Vodafone whilst at Bairnsdale for the weekend. A large town only 3 1/2 hrs from Melbourne and I may as well be on Neptune. I’m sure by now coverage is better on the Moon and on Mars. Get your act together and service all.

    @Optus Been trying to find out which store in Melbourne has iPhoneXS but none of them have any contact details. If I call you guys u say u don’t have access to any store info. Ridiculous customer service. I guess will go with someone else. @Telstra ? @VodafoneAU ?#optusdoesntcare

    @VodafoneAU @SamsungAU OUR LYING TO CUSTOMERS! Why sell a phone that is not dual sim via Vodafone for the same price I can go direct to Samsung & buy the same with dual sim. UR LYING CUSTOMERS! I signed a contract & it’s not even 24 hours & I am already wanting to cancel, plz advise cooling off period

    @VodafoneAU Would give less than one star if possible. Try cancelling a Vodafone of a family member who is in a nursing home with dementia. Support desk on the phone said it has to be done in store, only to be told by the staff it has to be done over the phone!.5 months now. Arse

    @VodafoneAU I explained my concerns to your operator and said I have no issues handing proof of ID over in store I was told it was a phone offer only. Poor form. Your operators are more concerned about commission than customer security.

    @VodafoneAU Educate your call centre operators. Asking customers to email personally identifiable information to the customer support address is a security risk. If it is a standard procedure, stop. Cold calling and asking to verify is poor form too. #security #PII #cybercrime
