    @VodafoneAU Alright, now listen. i have NBN and i'm using an Ethernet cable. PLEASE explain why my internet is terribly slow. It's beyond a joke at this point. And don't tell me to "try and restart my devices"

    @VodafoneAU just received an unsolicited call from one of your sales team. They were very pushy, #rude and kept speaking over me. I was on the fence about renewing my contract but that call has helped me make up my mind!

    @VodafoneAU Ha! “Retentions and Sales”. I don’t want either department. I just want to cancel my $20/month data plan on an iPad I rarely use. It shouldn’t be that hard. Also, no-one rang me back next day during “office hours” as I was advised would happen - don’t make me go to the Onbudsman!

    @Optus Too late, have switched to @VodafoneAU because of how terrible this customer experience has been - the least you could have done was waive the $68 cancellation fee from my current plan, but the @Optus representative refused. Will lodge a complaint to the ombudsman.
