    I worked for @Telstra for almost a decade. Customer service wasn’t perfect, but I worked with people genuinely trying to get it right. It’s embarrassing to see how far they’ve regressed since then.

    @Telstra The same thing they say every time we call… “I understand” “we will send a technician to fix it” “they will fix the wires” sadly there is just no fixing copper wires that flood every time it rains!!!

    @Telstra Thank you. Haven’t got fault no. Found info on my Telstra app + ringing call centre. Was told via phone would be 18/2 but Telstra app says 23/2. Have no mobile reception (ever). Live 5km from town. 6yrs of bad comms. No NBN, bad ADSL & no mobile. Pay $300/mth for nothing.😫

    Telstra has throttled my grandfather's internet. Trying to fix it, Telstra needs his Telstra ID. Doesn't know. Go to reset using landline number. Telstra sends him an email. His email address is his Telstra ID.

    @Telstra You're not there 24 hours. The only way to speak voice to voice is by filing a complaint. But the next complaint, likely to be on Tuesday will be through the ombudsman. Stop wasting my time with fake customer service quotes.

    @Telstra if you actually understood that then you would NOT force customers to put up with your pox ridden service that you charge a premium for .......... much better service and pricing else where
