Telstra Issues Reports Near Loch Lea, State of Tasmania

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Loch Lea and nearby locations:
  • DamienCWalker Farmering Dad (@DamienCWalker) reported from Windermere, State of Tasmania

The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

  • anniepinkstorm AnnieLWells (@anniepinkstorm) reported from Launceston, State of Tasmania

@NorthCoastBlue @SenatorFifield @TonyAbbottMHR @ScottMorrisonMP @TurnbullMalcolm Back in 2010 they were so excited about Masayoshi Son saying NBN was stupid they neglected to listen to what he said. That was before Telstra deal and the stupid Son referred to was keeping the copper network as well as FTTP because we need fibre for 4G/5G and copper is obsolete.

  • Gary_S Gary S (@Gary_S) reported from Legana, State of Tasmania

Out of hospital, oral steroids for the next 2 weeks, felt antsy all day although I did manage to install a new modem/router at the clinic AND have to talk to Telstra support without killing anyone, so that’s a win. Bloody hungry all day as well, clinic cat was looking appetising

  • jesuisloulou Louise Ives 爱露露 (@jesuisloulou) reported from Launceston, State of Tasmania

Do not appreciate unsolicited text messages from @CliveFPalmer & his #UAP Go away you horrible human being! Disgraceful that @Telstra would reveal my number to this idiot!! #nothappy #aupol #auspol

  • bcurrall80 Blake Currall (@bcurrall80) reported from Loch Lea, State of Tasmania

What a great service @bigpondmovies is, tried to rent a film, charged us twice and didnt let us watch the film. Great service @Telstra

  • damienbrownTAS Damien Brown (@damienbrownTAS) reported from Launceston, State of Tasmania

@Telstra 29 days since I requested my service be cancelled. 29 days of no action, no answer on when it will be disconnected & 29 days of me being charged for the non-existent connection. 29 days of money owed back to me not being paid, 29 days of no compensation. #Criminal

@Telstra I would use the catch up Tv service if I could get more than 5mbps on fixed wireless at 7270 #Bigpondfail

@Telstra I have just changed an NBN plan from limited to unlimited via phone and telstra guy Michael took 25 MINUTES to read a contract out over the phone!! I’ve been a customer for 25 years ... INSANITY!!! 25 minutes to read a contract!!! INSANITY #telstra #nbn

  • MugiLord Mugi (@MugiLord) reported

@1_1_2029 Been months now, and I still need to switch on VPN to access Bitchute. Because **** you, @telstra

  • nathantesta_ Nathan Testa (@nathantesta_) reported

@ShelleyLee_ The worst company! Sorry Telstra.

  • bodinp Bodin (@bodinp) reported

@Telstra I’ve chatted, called, etc already. This is why I’ve been sent an LTE modem free of charge. The intentional avoidance by @telstra to publicly admit there’s a major outage is why I’m on social media now. Nothing proactive is being done to help customers. It’s disgraceful.

  • bodinp Bodin (@bodinp) reported

@Telstra Dave, thanks for responding. Please don’t make me do any more work on this without looking in to it first yourself. There is a major outage in Point Cook and it’s 4 days old. No internet, no landline phone, no Foxtel. If you can’t find this information, your company is broken.

  • BobPearce52 Bob Pearce (@BobPearce52) reported

It started with privatising Telstra which never realised the benefits promised particularly in the bush . The bush that keeps voting for more of the same .

  • RobTee100 rob tee (@RobTee100) reported

@Telstra Hi, no i wont. The response i have here is similar to the response we are getting from the formal complaint. After years of woeful service we'll just find another provider. Twitter provides opportunities to let others know how bad Telstra is.

  • macnchuk Chuck Robbins (@macnchuk) reported

@mollyfud @Telstra @anydesk @LogMeIn @TeamViewer Phillip it is clear that no one can get through to you. @AnyDesk takes Security very seriously and have addressed these issues already. I’m sorry that you think of me as a marketing “weasel” but good bye

  • mollyfud Phillip Molly Malone (@mollyfud) reported

@macnchuk @Telstra @anydesk @LogMeIn @TeamViewer ..Thats were you, as head PR Weasel could step in and help @anydesk craft a way of having a message that can help the vunerable and even turn it into a marketing win for the company! The only reason I can think they wouldn't want to do that is that they are being paid by the.. 4/x

  • mollyfud Phillip Molly Malone (@mollyfud) reported

@macnchuk @Telstra @anydesk @LogMeIn @TeamViewer .. society when told the person that called them is from their internet provider and they have a major internet problem (often a virus or something like that which is scary for the less computer literate) will readily give over their computer to have the issue fixed. ... 3/x
