    being honest with Telstra's robot just means I get a text message with a link to the not-working app and a hang up. This time, when they said 'So, what's your problem about?' I just answered 'argleurngronk' until they gave up and put me through to a person.

    @Telstra I do not want to download your app. My parents can’t download your app. They do not have a Mobile phone. What do you suggest they do. They can’t phone either. Phone’s out. Hobble next door in 35 degree heat? Stand in the front yard with a megaphone? SEND SOMEONE OUT TO FIX IT!!!!

    @floydthek 7am Christmas Eve my cable internet was abruptly terminated, I had applied to Telstra for NBN on the 10th, on the phone for over 8 hrs to no avail spoke to a dozen people. Week later complaint dept conceded an attempted NBN connection had failed they will try again on Jan 21st

    @Telstra @PDenvir Tom @Telstra this mornings clusterfluck of trying to confirm our connection to NBN is proof positive that no-one at either Telstra or NBN knows what is going on...what poor service. 7 months to get connected...and continuing....

    @Natski82 @Telstra It’s a similar story with ‘em all. The phone providers (middlemen) are winning. All the $$, no accountability. It took weeks to sort out (iiNet). No phone no nothing. Resorted to portable modem, tho still no phone! Wish I could help
