    @telstra no 2 to fix cable use yet another provider so three fingers in the mess .. again not fixed 2-3 weeks so no Netflix phone internet .. normal data service is slow as a wet rag .. on call to Telstra 3 hours now and nothing achieves how lucky are we

    Just had a “ call” from Telstra. Country Vic number . Woman said l was having internet problems and l need to speak with a tech . He took me to report in the computer showing warnings. He then wanted me to google ultra view. At this point l said I had to go. He hung up.UV👎🏻👎🏻

    Honestly, @Telstra has no clue what is going on department to department. One Small Business Support staff says our order was cancelled, and the next says that it is still there. No wonder it is too hard for them to update our address.... O_o

    @Telstra Just having a few issues with my account. Keep getting told to wait 24 hours or I’ll get a call back, even though I get a call I’m then told to wait again.. would love for someone more senior to get in touch with me to organise this and get it sorted.

    Our @NBN_Australia is broken for 3 weeks. A nbn engineer came, a @Telstra engineer came, a n nbn engineer came. It’s still broken. Guess which engineer will visit us next.
