    @balenzubin @Telstra Yep. Backup is sitting at 0.1Mbps. Am looking around for other ISP's now. Others also offer 4G backup, so hopefully will have better luck. At the very least the support will actually be decent.

    @Telstra That nothing is wrong on the network. We are trying a new modem. I'm over it to be honest your support team never fixes the error and I'm stuck with slow internet. I phone up again and again and for what? The next step is to look elsewhere. In the last 2 years probably called 10

    @Telstra blah. 4G backup always chugged. why cap it? it sucks as my 4g on my phone, which is also Telstra, gets so much better? I honestly don't get the reasoning

    @Telstra I entered the address of the trouble-shooting tool, and as soon as I entered the address, there was only a message button at the bottom, so I sent a message to solve it.
