    @Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

    @Telstra Yes but I'm not getting anywhere. We have gone through numerous troubleshooting with no success. I have requested a Technician and was offered a few Timeslots, I chose one earlier today but it now looks as though it has not been reserved for me. I just want the issue fixed.

    @Telstra Years ago but I’ll do it again. Meanwhile, my 83yo father has no mobile phone contact and no landline as his home was destroyed. This is a rather urgent issue.

    I moved into #Telstra 7 days ago and I promise you their nbn is the worst. Speeds of 7 mbps is just unheard of. Piece of advice to anyone planning to join Telstra DON’T

    @Telstra your customer service is an absolute debacle. I have been trying to resolve my Internet issues since Monday and now when I ring the 1800 number as advised I receive a msg that takes me to a link for the My Telstra app that I have already attempted with no success!!!

    @Telstra I just recieved an email informing me that Ive renewed my contrsct with Telstra. I havent had any contact with Telstra except my bill which had "last bill" written on it. I'd like to talk to a real person or just cancel my contract.

    @DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

    Yesterday i rang @Telstra to help me fix an internet issue. I got a patient and kind assistant who actually talked me through some complex troubleshooting and sent me out a new modem to try and prevent further issues. I always complain about Telstra, but i gotta credit this one.

    @Telstra I received a message on secondary letter box telling me that I have added a superfast add on service which I have no recollection of doing. Your 'help' services are a confusing joke. Still can't find extra mailboxes that I added some weeks ago. Called 132200 & no better.

    @Telstra I'm an enterprise customer so can't use the app. Others in the community have done so and gotten very little info. After 3 days of trying we've finally been told it's a 1 week 'planned' outage. Clearly planning didn't include customers. Do you think that's good service?

    @Optus why is it that I have to walk into my street to find out my nbn service isn’t working because they cut through the telco lines? Why isn’t this showing as an outage Telstra tech there so you and they must know about it yet my chat to Kent didn’t find anything. Poor service

    @Telstra im pretty lost by the treatment by Telstra. You do not return calls, maintain your app chat or return emails. You add services to my account without asking and expect payment. Then you won't respond to assist me. Very poor standards for such a big company
