    @Telstra The point I am trying to impress on you is that it needs to be addressed. Not by anyone else except someone in Telstra reaching out to work collaboratively with Westfields to rectify the issue for the 1000’s of Telstra customers trying to check in to every single shop in there.

    @Telstra Good afternoon. Im not sure as there has been no correspondence from Telstra about it . Usually a notification that the technician was on the way, or that the problem was solved or escalated, but I’ve not received anything .

    @Telstra Hey why do I get no signal in miallo when I'm only 200 metres from tower and on a 5g phone and this has been going on for years here no matter what type of phone I'm on and I'm only hour away from international airport

    @Telstra And yet even today, I couldn't get any decent customer service. I was again given the run around about an account issue that was supposedly dealt with 3 months ago. Was told then all fixed. I give up. Will send my issue to the Ombudsman.

    @Telstra the latest firmware 0.15.16r for Arcadyan LH1000 is causing WiFi connection issues - Ethernet connections are fine. Rebooted three times this week. Issue arises over 48-72 hours after reboot.

    they had me connected and ready to go in a few hrs. i didnt spend a min on the ph to do it. their tech ppl actually help you with tech issues unlike @Telstra who tell u to call a local tech. to be free of the living hell that is telstra is life changing!
