One of first things they do in war is disrupt all communication . Currently in North Parramatta region NSW , i have no phone signal, i can not call out or receive calls . What the situation TELSTRA ? Im prepping to examine 8 NSW Police officers in 2 days time WTF, fix it !

@tofar1 @Telstra While the ability to not pay by cheque has been removed I’m remaining unhappy. ITS NOT WHAT CUSTOMERS WANT. I can’t send a credit card with staff or others to town to pay the bill, I have to stop work & drive to town. Unfair problem for rural people

Would like to thank @Telstra for their hard work in resolving a very complex complaint. Whilst it shouldn’t have happened in the first place, nor should it have taken so long to resolve, I do commend Telstra for keeping a customer rather than throwing it into the 2 hard basket.

@Telstra my ADSL connection is down, but DSL link is green. 4G back up is not working too. Checked outage map - nothing. Phone line working. Postcode:2099. I don't won't to talk to the bot on the app.
