@flanker62 @SpotlightForYou @Telstra A friend just got the Telstra service carried by the Aldi card $25/month. Unlimited calls & a lot of data. Similar to what I have with Optus for $35/month

  • Chrys_Stevenson 💧 🎀 Chrys Stevenson (@Chrys_Stevenson) reported

@RonniSalt @Telstra In my experience, dealing with Telstra customer service means 3-4 hours (or days) on the phone with someone with a foreign accent repeating “I’m sorry, ma’am but we can’t do that.” Until finally you get patched back to Australia and they say, “Oh yes! We can do that. No problem.”

  • jboyded 💧julie boyd (@jboyded) reported

@RonniSalt @Telstra Yep I dumped them years ago. Moved to Aldi- and never had a problem since.

  • Cannulator The Cannulator™ *Not available in stores. (@Cannulator) reported

@McAdamstry @Telstra On top of $700 in footy memberships and $2400+ in phone and data charges a year is a bad deal.

  • rjlavo22 Ronan Laverty (@rjlavo22) reported

@RonniSalt @Telstra Sounds like the LNP/IPA are running their customer service

  • flanker62 brian bosanko (@flanker62) reported

@Telstra @SpotlightForYou there is no competition...all Telco's are the same...Sycophant War Criminal should never have privatized public asset Telecom or Deregulated communications...Australians have been gauged & received pisspoor coverage from day one

  • bagga2007 Peter 🔴⚪️⚫️Boycott Murdoch 😷🇦🇺 (@bagga2007) reported

@SpotlightForYou @008moonside @Telstra I suggest TPG instead . I’ve been with them since the days of dial up Internet. Switched my mobile over a few years back and so far they have never raised their prices for me , knock on wood of course .
