@abrasion @NickRossTech Ah, they’ve delayed long enough for Telstra to roll out the mythical 5th G and chump block any competitive rollouts. Desperate will lap it up, despite typical congestion and cost issues. That will be be excuse to mothball and sell off fibre network for a song. I hate being right.

When @Optus keep trying to blame your router for issues but you constantly get 100% packet loss moments like this (this is mild compared to what I usually get) seriously Australian telcos are awful. Also blaming @Telstra and @NBN_Australia
@Telstra Hi, sorry for slow reply... all links in the email lead nowhere. It's mostly the "Your 30 day nbn satisfaction guarantee" link I need. I foolishly switched from cable to NBN and now my speed is less than half of what it was.
@kcarruthers @Telstra I had 2 weeks of this a month ago. No explanation, no compensation for lost service. Hopeless.

@Telstra Slow download speeds via mobile, very weak connection and sometimes no connection at all with 4G coverage on the iPhone
@Telstra the NBN went down and I was promised extra mobile data. It didn't appear. 7 phone calls later, 3 staff hanging up because the problem's too difficult, no apparent notes on my file and only one discussion ref number given. What a terrible experience.
