@optus Thanks for forcing me to switch to NBN. 10 - 15 drop outs per day! Never had a drop out on Cable. Can't believe I pay more for this crap!

@Optus in NSW 2153 I have noticed issues with the 4G network on my mobile this evening. While the map says no reported outage the 20 other people I was with was would disagree. Can’t load anything and apps not working.
Oh dear @Optus here we are again, multiple calls to the help desk,40 min long wait times, and a chat services that is useless. It seems like only yesterday that I spent 2 hours on the phone to you. #customerservice (not).

@Optus Thanks for offering your help. I got through after 30 minutes and managed to cancel (I hope). For a telco of your size you guys have a long way to go to fixed simple inconveniences to customers. Thanks again.
