    @BaxterPeterba @VicRoads @BenCarrollMP We have the physical license. Plus other ID. Seriously dude are you being contrary for the sake of it. It's not rocket science. If you have a Vic license and you're an Optus customer caught up in the hack - change it.

    @gwynne007 Like people work full time, some people don’t have transport to be running to all these places, might have disabilities or be on a low income. It’s a whole bunch of hoops because of Optus’ **** up.

    @favfavalore My husband got an email from them last night. He has not been an OPTUS customer for at least 14 years!!!! Keeping ppls personal information once they are no longer a customer should not be allowed.

    Maybe @Optus should spend their resources on cyber security/corporate comms/customer service/leadership talent before spending billions acquiring sports rights. Sorry not sorry.

    @SenPaterson @Birmo Are you mad? That effectively makes this a tax payer problem! It is not a tax payer issue. Optus is at fault, let them pay for all the reparations.

    @Optus When we call to disconnect are we being offered 12 months free mobile/NBN/landline/Fetch ? Or are we better off just calling another service provider & switch!

    Has anyone done a linguistic analysis on the Optus hacker communications? I'm not a trained linguist, but several parts of the language that is used feel "off" - as in it's deliberately trying to be Bad Engrish. #OptusDataBreach

    @AlboMP Why didn't you introduce some laws to protect my data and prevent a kindergarten data breach from an incompetent company with an incompetent CEO who are sending emails saying Optus was the victim! WTF? WHO are the victims? They should be fined a billion dollars.
