    Phoned optus customer care to report problem, voice prompts said was closed 3G optus mobile still functions, 4G receiving from Nerang damaged during yesterday night lightening storm, (thank you 3G long range and stood up firmly against it all, obviously a better design) @Optus

    I went to the shops today to get info on NBN plans. Spoke with @Telstra , @Optus , @VodafoneAU and @DodoAustralia . One decision was made - I will never give 1c to @DodoAustralia . Rude, condescending and made me feel I was wasting their time asking questions.

    @Optus I have to say your customer experience is non existent by phone. It is pretty much impossible to speak to human being or find a number to get through to. I call sales to try and got left on hold for 10 mins. I hung up #NotHappyJan

    Sad to say goodbye to Virgin Mobile Australia after many years of exceptional service. Yesterday and today I have had 3 unsuccessful live chats and 1 unsuccessful call to @Optus to activate a new SIM and port my son’s mobile number. Still have no idea what’s going on.

    @Optus My Account login is dangerously broken at the moment, I was just logged in as some other user. An attempt to log back in is now resulting in an infinite loop.

    It’s taken 30min via @Optus livechat to reset a password and setup online billing. Never thought I’d say this but @Telstra is actually better at customer service

    Ok so @Optus kills off @virginmobile and make all customers switch to #Optus. The process has been a total stuffup. Hours spent on chat and then they cancel #Virgin service before Optus works. Oh and then it takes yet another chat. Makes @Telstra look amazing #pissedoff

    Problem of 4G Outage, there was no reported outage, if you are experiencing outage, you really should telephone this in to technical support team; There's 4 different types of 4G & other network protocol, Spectrum & Plus that info helps diagnostics.; Optus Customer Service 131344

    @geoffbrian3 @6PR The only reason major stadiums have higher exemptions is because it is fully ticketed and seated. Yes, I know many people mill around the back, but you are meant to be seated as often as possible. They should consider holding the dawn service at Optus Stadium if they want more

    @Optus I’ve used the app (horrible process - there should be a phone number) and they’ve identified a wider network issue. So it’s not our house or modem. Yet the website still does not show an outage for my area. #optusoutage

    @bdobson99 @Optus Wish you luck. We had a horrible experience with @optus last year with lying customer service people among other serious issues which arose during a family bereavement. We will never ever choose Optus again. Absolute grubs.
