    @wyvernsrose Yeah. It's never become legal. I worked in a company in Brisbane selling Optus gear. They werent going to pay us for the 1st three months. Our mini bus was sacked. Told my sister. She rung them up & threatened them. Money was in my account the next day!

    @Optus I tested it too, it sent me to the app download. You really need to work on your listening skills George. I’ll just go back to direct debit that you couldn’t get to work either, 3 months I gave you to fix that but you couldn’t, and you got hacked.

    @Optus The network is still hit and miss today Is there any updates when the new cell site on the top of the Toowoomba Base Hospital is been built as I believe it is planned to have 5G cells installed?

    Woke up to find after I transferred ownership of my phone number a day after I paid for this month. I now have pay the same amount again, so I am now paying TWICE for the same service? @Optus please explain? I tried your customer support but they wouldn't help me
