Hey @NBN_Australia - one of your techs came out on Friday and broke the GPON fibre to my FTTC DPU. Me and my three neighbours are now down. No ETA, poor RSP has no visibility. What's the deal?

  • promythyus Aaron (@promythyus) reported

@DavidPocock Grand Central Towers is not connected to NBN and iiNet has a monopoly on internet service. It was built during 2019. How does this happen?

  • cbuttery Charles Buttery (@cbuttery) reported

@NBN_Australia Hi Chris, I understand that’s what has been defined, but wanted to understand why. As a customer, I am really just interested in whether my NBN is working or not. If the current SLA doesn’t capture planned outages what incentive is there to minimise it?

  • Dalidi96 Dd (@Dalidi96) reported

@Telstra is there an outage in neutral bay? Have no NBN and the outage checker is displaying an error.

@VodafoneAU You got your sales People trying to force NBN so that the customer/consumer can't function like a sicko version of looney tunes Disney animation. You got to be joking dear CEO

  • bjd Brendan Daly (@bjd) reported

And yes when the internet is not working we can’t make outgoing calls (cos of course everything is now nbn phones=phail) but at least we can communicate internally which isn’t everything but it is something.

  • EntrustIct Entrust ICT (@EntrustIct) reported

Please be advised that an upstream carrier is experiencing an outage that is affecting some Entrust ICT nbn services in the Tullamarine POI. The upstream carrier is working to resolve the issue and we will provide updates as they become available.

  • riktheozfrog Rik Shepherd (@riktheozfrog) reported

@fifimurray2 We don't, the NBN satellite service doesn't allow enough data to use it

  • damianoau Damiano ⚒ (@damianoau) reported

@DodoAustralia Hi Dodo, any idea when the NBN will be up and running again in Greenvale? Been the good part of a day down.

  • lawrepforjesus 👽 ɟlǝsɹǝH uɐʇɐS👽Satan Herself (@lawrepforjesus) reported

Optus was going to charge me for what they suspected last week or so was a broken modem. Nope. But they asked me to send it back to the warehouse. Poor sod that ends up with that one. 3 weeks before I get a final bill. NBN charges will be wiped. I "sataned" the situation...
