    My @NBN_Australia HFC service is down. Fault logged with my RSP (@Aussie_BB). I wonder if nbn will book "planned maintenance" again to fix the fault - it conveniently stops the "unplanned outage" timer when they do that...

    @peterp79 @Aussie_BB @Telstra @NBN_Australia Also, 25 is minimum - so you should be getting 22 ish... plug a laptop INTO the modem and do a speed test. WIFI is probably what’s slowing you down too

    @trevorlong To be fair, they had to offer 40% additional CVC bandwidth, and streaming providers have cut the visual quality of their product to help the NBN cope. Whilst a lot of the problems with the NBN are not actually @NBN_Australia's fault, they do get a lot wrong.

    @joshh_dp @daddy_no_ It also done within minutes if you already have NBN - whether it’s node, curb, hfc or fibre - a decent ISP (like AussieBB) can have your service activated within the hour. Fibre just means you can have more than one service at once

    Typical. @NBN_Australia connection down since 4:34pm. Now we have a "Scheduled Outage" from 7:30pm to 10:30pm. Conveniently, this stops any "unscheduled outage " timers they might be measured against...

    @PJS_84 $90 unlimited with the top speed boost = NBN fibre to the premise 100/40 - no issues, stable and the one time I did have issue 5 min on phone and they sorted it to be fixed = NBN fault. @BelongAU = Jetstar no frills of Telstra.

    @NBN_Australia @moylecroft Enterprise customer here. Only two (FTTP) of our 34 (and expanding network) connections can achieve higher than 250/25 so we won’t be changing anytime soon. Your sample size is too small.

    @PJS_84 We had NBN made available to our area only last week. Based on their cost structure it appears you pay more for download speed. I went with Fixed Wireless option about 2 yrs ago and have never regretted it. Won't be touching NBN anytime soon.
