@BurnabyBulletin @GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp I have 5 client websites not loading right now. They were down, then called at 5:23, went back up for 20 minutes then down again. On hold with them and on chat. 39 minute hold on chat and 29 on phone.

@dbongino I would join up but my ISP is part of GoDaddy and not supporting it yet and let's be honest the fees is higher than Stripe at the moment but I think closer to PayPal. Once GoDaddy (fasthosts UK) support it I will implement it over PayPal.

@Stefani19834478 It was a done deal for the client (A US one) I encounter it all the time. I usually only point people to 2-3 companies at most. Support is the defining quality for most (bar GoDaddy who are Satan in disguise)

2/3 The purchase by @Namecheap was within the same second I added the domain to my cart. I called @GoDaddy support because I figured maybe this was a scam from their end to charge me more. However, their support team said they do not do this, and that it is a very rare event.

3/3 @GoDaddy support team further stated that "we don't do that, but China does" and that "sometimes there is certain malware that can do that." I remain highly suspicious. Anyone have a similar experience? Also, does GoDaddy maybe have some type of relationship with @Namecheap?

I am so annoyed with @netsolcares aka Network Solutions. I have two diff clients who’s websites have server issues and both are being asked to spend more $$ with them to get it back up and running. Utter nonsense - where is the good customer service? Time to call @godaddy !!

Anyone have a host they use for mail on their personal domain name which then plays nice with Gmail (particularly "Send as")? I am using @GoDaddy but they did this migration to @Office 365, which has broken this, and there seems to be no prospect of fixing it.

@GoDaddyHelp hey. I have 5 client websites down. Saying “site can’t be reached” - they went back up at 5:30 pm while I was on the phone with godaddy and stayed up for 20 minutes but then went back down.
