@EAHelp I reported the issue on Friday last week when it started occurring. EA Help took several hours to reply and told me they can’t find any issues. You really gotta wonder where all that revenue is going if they can’t hire competent personnel.

@EAHelp It’s not just my account being reset I can’t even log into the game it keeps giving me this error when I try to log in “ Disconnect: PersistenceReadComplete for data storage “Respawn” failed.” I’ve restarted the game, ps4 and deleted and re downloaded but still getting the issue.

How am I supposed to believe next BF will be something I want to buy? Pretty insane how it’s treated like it’s not a big deal. Players literally couldn’t play online.
