    @AmazonHelp Hello, Thanks for reaching out to me. My remote is not working and because of that I couldn't use fire TV stick. None of your service providers ready to do service nor ready to provide refurbished remote. They are giving an option to buy a new remote which comes at the fire

    @SnarkQueenBee I have that problem with my peeps in England. The last couple years, I've had to get stuff off English Amazon (ugh), so the shipping is free or reasonable. This year, imma celebrate my new job by sending it from here.

    @AmazonHelp I know the replacement or refund process.. these things are happening very frequently and I hope customer is important as much as seller . I am thinking if amazon takes some action against sellers to ensure these errors and inconvenience should not cause to customers

    @amazonIN @LEVIS big regret buying roadster product from myntra which is having quality issue. How a new jeans completely black color came out. How myntra selling those. Never faced issue with levis and Amazon online. Myntra should refund all the damage

    @AmazonHelp my sister applied for amazon pay icici credit card, during video kyc icici shows slow speed of 64 - 75 kbps whereas our airtel wifi speed is 40 mbps & the agent can't see DOB on Pan card. This is ridiculous & has led to 3 kyc rejections. Help asap
